It fits perfectly under table or desk and is not too heavy to move. It is easy to use other than I am not a fan of the removable straps for your feet or shoes. More of a hinderance than helpful. It is very quiet and works really well.

This is definitely one of the best things I’ve ever bought for myself.. Two months ago I turned to 62, was feelingout of shape, knees were killing me and swelling, periodically. Going up and down steps was extremely painful. To the point where I was taking one step at a time whether it was up or down. Time for a change! I started using this each night, slowly at first and now for a couple hours on and off. Tonight I went up and down three flights of stairs without even stopping. The difference is remarkable. Product as advertised. Quality is good and works as it should! It’s almost a complete workout on your legs, from your hips to your ankles. I am more than happy to recommend! I would however, wish there was a better way to help hold your feet in place on the pedals.
