In my opinion, definitely geared more towards individuals with mobility needs. The range of motion isn't very wide and there is basically no resistance (unless you have it off, which creates a grinding noise) I got this because I thought it would provide more of a work-out. My fault for assuming that; so I'm not against the product. On topic of the product itself it's pretty nice for those who need simple and mild exercises. It goes back and forth electronically assisted and has a remote so you can easily change work out type and intensity. It's also not very loud so you can use it while on the computer.

I'm not expert on equipment for working out while working. This one definitely fits that category. Its very simple, not a lot of options in terms of intensity or time (there's a 30 minute time limit before the machine automatically stops). But as a machine that works your legs while at your desk, it seems to do the job. I wouldn't consider it a replacement for an actual leg workout using a full on elliptical, treadmill, or stationary bike as I don't feel the same type of intensity during or afterward, but it could very well make a good supplement to anything else you're already doing in terms of exercise.

I needed something to shove under my desk, where I find myself LIVING these days. I expected something a bit more simple than it is, this thing is amazing. I have an older one that is janky, clunk, and looks awful. This is smaller, and more modern looking. Also, having the remote option to change is up is incredible. If you want to work those leggies, I'd recommend. I really have no complaints. Didn't even consider the price, this time around.

I do a lot of crocheting, sewing and computer work, so I sit for hours every day, having the elliptical machine allows me to keep the legs moving, I feel the movement all the way from my calves to my hips, just need to make sure I'm seating on a straight position. The remote control is simple and easy to use, i love that the machine has a place to keep the control secure. My only drawback is the machine weight to move it around, but I think is a necessary weight to keep it secure on the floor. I use it on hard surface and carpet and it seats very well. I'm very happy i got the portable machine.

I was so excited to get this elliptical trainer. I opened it up and plopped it down by the couch where I was at. I scanned through the instructions- which there aren't a whole lot of and then turned it on to try out. Problem- the carpet was too soft for the elliptical so it kept sliding all about and the couch was lower down then my desk chair so I felt like my knees were almost touching my chin trying to use it. Obviously sitting on the couch with my laptop was not an option. So I moved it to my desk which has a wood floor under it, slid it under the desk, sat down at my desk chair and turned it on. The elliptical didn't slide around and the chair was the right height, but my chair has wheels so it kept sliding back. I had to hold onto the desk to keep the chair from sliding when I was using it, which means I can't type on my key board. Next I tried just a kitchen chair. Nothing was sliding around so that's good, but the chair is a couple inches shorter then my desk chair and not padded so it worked, but not ideal andI would have to switch chairs each time I go to use this. Plus, I wasn't as efficient at working since I got distracted sometimes about what what going on with the elliptical. On top of that, the preset modes did move my legs around forward and backward, but I was just exerting a minimal amount of pressure and it was doing most of the work so I don't know how good of a workout it is. Though I did feel better after having had my legs moved around for me. I wish that I had more control- it's just a 30 minutes workout on three different modes and aren't described at all so you just have to try them to see what happens. I does have a nice handle on top so it's easy to grab and move around. I don't know if I like this thing or not yet- I can see some benefits, but it's not going to work out as well as I hoped it would. That said, it's only a $140 bucks, so it's worth trying out to see if it will work for you.
