I've had it a week now, & use it up to 2 hrs daily; with intervals of 20-30 minutes. It's best to watch online Amazon videos of the machine, prior to purchase & use. Simple to use. A bit heavy. Cord length good. Definitely recommend. Well packed. Quality workmanship. Glad I purchased this. Worth the cost.

The Elliptical Machine has been very important to me. I have Parkinson's and must exercise all I can. Since I don't drive anymore It is difficult to get to a gym, so this machine is wonderful to keep me moving. It is also a perfect size for use in my small garage apartment. Somehow, I have lost the manual, so I am going to order another one. I hope it helps me set the mode and speed. Right now, I am just pushing buttons until I get it at a setting I want. If you need to exercise and want some way to do that in your own home this machine is the thing you need. It is easy to use and no assembly needed.
