This has been a great resource in my recovery. I have been having issues with my knees and it is due to weak muscles, so having this to allow me to work out my muscles in that area without too much pressure and without causing me any pain is amazing. It is very easy to use, and built very well. There are many levels compatible for any type of person, even those who just want to use it while sitting down working at an office. It can help you pedal, or you can pedal manually which is truly amazing for those who have very weak muscles. Overall, it is a great device that has everyone in mind when it was built.

The media could not be loaded. Just got it today so I can't speak on longevity however straight out of the box and about 15 minutes into use- works how it should! I got this to help circulation and start leg strengthening. Pre-assembled (all you need are 2 AA batteries for the remote). I do wish it had a longer electrical cord. And I wish I knew what the 3 preset programs actually entails as it does not say anywhere in the booklet. But you can adjust the speed in HR mode to your liking and it gets going pretty quick. It is quiet and it has a nice simple remote that works well. The display is nice and pedals are big (I wear between 10-11 women's). On my carpet it stays in place and it does not slide (even with some pressure). I don't expect miracles with this thing but I hope it helps enough to where I can get to the next step in strengthening my body.

Great and bright display to watch the calories burnt. Multiple modes and resistance level allow me to use the preset option or I can manually adjust the speed and resistance I want. Comes with a handy manual to understand the settings. Very less sound when operating. Compact design to keep under my work desk and much easily portable. Great comfort to my knees and feet. This little machine is a game-changer for my work-from-home setup! It’s quiet, compact, and lets me sneak in movement while I’m stuck at my desk. The resistance is adjustable, so I can go from a light glide to a more challenging workout. My legs feel more active, and I love that it doesn’t distract me from typing. Battery life is solid, and assembly was a breeze. Only downside? It takes some getting used to if you’re not used to moving while working. We bought 2. One works fine the other one stopped working in less than 3 months if it is working it is great exercise for people with arthritis or stiff knees or are sitting a lot. It is great exercise for anyone. It does nothing for your core and very little for your thighs but it's a great workout for knees and below. No assembly required just pull it out of the box and plug it up needless to say the one that has stopped working it started with a short in the plug it will blink on and off now there's no connection at all and it doesn't work
