I like this machine. I had a regular elliptical until it became hard to stand for long periods of time. This is mindless as the programs take control. Fits under my desk, mostly. I have a ledge under my desk and this would work better without my ledge. I can't say that it is aerobic but it does work my weak legs and probably improves my heart, which suffers from congestive heart failure. One of these days I will take my pulse while using the machine, but following use, my heart rate increased only minimally.

My mom is 87 years old and sometimes she is suffering from cramps, so this machine helps her a lot, keeps her moving and her muscles relaxed, free of cramps, it is not noisy, it is small, easy to put under the table, it is not very heavy, easy to carry.

This elliptical device has been a wonderful addition to my daily routine. I love that it’s designed to be used while sitting, either under a desk or from a chair—no standing required. Just sit and pump your legs, and you’re good to go. The machine itself works really well. The display conveniently scrolls through different metrics like calories burned, steps taken, distance, and elapsed time, so it’s easy to track progress while using it. It’s definitely helping me stay active and improve mobility. The only small issue I’ve noticed is with the remote—it sometimes has a short delay in responding. The batteries are fine, so I’m not sure why it lags occasionally, but after a few seconds it always kicks in. From someone who works from home I like using the elliptical machine, it helps me stay active while working. The matching is very sturdy, I had no problem with that and it fits very well under my desk as it is not very big. I also find it very easy to use and control the speed and tension and does not make much noise either which is good when I’m on a meeting.

pluses: you can get a good sweat on using this machine. fits well under a desk, is quiet and very low impact. fairly lightweight and easy to use while working or playing video games. minuses: will slip, even on a mat, if you put it on hardwood. auto shuts off after 30 mins. you can't change the intensity. overall, there are probably better products for the price point, but this'll do in a pinch.

This under-desk elliptical really surprised me. At first, I thought it was mainly for older people or those with limited mobility, but I quickly realized it’s perfect for anyone who wants to stay active while sitting. I use it while watching TV, having breakfast, or even at my desk, and it makes such a difference. It has both forward and backward motion, which is great not only for calves (the “second heart” of the body) but also for keeping the brain engaged when switching directions. My ankles feel much better, and my calves are getting stronger. With the remote control, I can easily set different programs and adjust the speed. It’s also lightweight and easy to move around, making it very practical. Honestly, this machine goes far beyond what I expected — I’m really impressed and highly recommend it!
