I like this machine. I had a regular elliptical until it became hard to stand for long periods of time. This is mindless as the programs take control. Fits under my desk, mostly. I have a ledge under my desk and this would work better without my ledge. I can't say that it is aerobic but it does work my weak legs and probably improves my heart, which suffers from congestive heart failure. One of these days I will take my pulse while using the machine, but following use, my heart rate increased only minimally.

This has been a great workout machine for my mom. She has been having issues with her knees and she had both knees replacements done. This machine helps her workout without too much pressure and without causing any pain. It is very easy to use, and built very well. The short version of the review is It Works. The long version: To begin with I was sure these sitting, powered elliptical machines were a scam. But... My cardiologist said I should be getting in at least 5000 steps a day. I know, I know 5000 piece of cake. But not for a 64 year old with COPD and a heart condition. After reading reviews I landed on this model, the GUGTTR Elliptical Machine. The only assemble you need to do is slathering some of the included grease on the glider wheel platform. I use the remote exclusively and it works great. It has 3 pre programmed buttons. #1 was too little, #3 was way too much but #2 was just right. You can also simply start the machine and adjust the speed up or down. It is whisper quiet, doesn't weigh a lot and appears to be very well built. If you are getting this for someone who traditionally don't or wont use a treadmill, I was that guy. I made sure I was going to use this before I wrote a review. I keep it close to my chair so every time I sit down I see it. I do use it every day and am doing 6000 steps now besides the regular walking around the house and yard I do normally. Don't over do it at first. I did and had sore leg muscles for several days. That Is All.
