I am scheduled for a knee replacement surgery and this little machine is toning my knee muscles in expectation of a quicker recovery. It is light weight, so can be moved out of the way easily. The feet straps, and remote control make it easy to change modes, directions and speeds. I mostly choose one of the 30 minute preset modes and just occupy my attention on something else while I’m automatically toning my legs. I can watch tv or read while my legs are exercising. It is everything I had hoped it’d be; plus, it was the best price I could find. I give it 5 stars!

I have arthritis in both knees which is very painful. Since it hurts me to walk I don't get much exercise. Ive seen these types of machines on TV and decided to get one. I always read reviews and this elliptical machine seller had great reviews and a great price so I decided to purchase one. Seller shipped quickly and I was happy about that because I was excited to try it out. It comes fully assembled which I loved and also came with foot straps. I liked the machine’s design and the contruction is very sturdy and quality made. It’s light enough for me to carry but heavy enough to be sturdy. I was not thrilled with the foot straps though. The seem very flimsy. It comes with a remote control that is not complicated and easy to use. It comes with 3 work out program cycles from very slow and easy for beginners to a little faster in the next to cycles. There is also a manual setting where you can control it yourself with no program. It has 12 speeds. I also love that when its running it is very quiet! I’ve been using it everyday since I purchased it about 3 wks ago and I have to say my kness and legs feel so much better. It real has helped with the pain when I walk. I feel like it helps keep the circulation flowing in my legs and can walk much better! I am very happy with my purchase from this seller.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is very easy to use and very reasonably priced. The speed goes from 1 to 12 so it is good for anyone’s need. The remote control is very easy to use and can control however you want to use the machine. There are 3 different automatic exercise programs or it can also be used manually. It includes 2 foot straps that can be attached and used each time and makes your feet stay in place. It’s not too heavy so it is easy to move around. I am very happy using this machine everyday and I feel like it will help me to be healthier. I would definitely recommend it.

Bought one of these for my 94 year old sister earlier in the yearI bought one of these for my 94-year-old sister earlier this year. She uses it daily and has reported that it is easy to use and helpful for maintaining flexibility in her ankle and leg. She incorporates it into her regular exercise routine. I purchased a second one for my 82-year-old body, but I haven't used it yet because it is currently wrapped for Christmas and placed under the tree, addressed to me from Santa. The grandkids will be impressed! She uses it daily and has reported that it is easy to use and helpful as far as maintaining her ankle/leg flexibility. She uses it as an addition to her normal exercise regimen. The second one I bought for my 82 year body. Haven't used it yet because it is presently ZMAS wrapped and under the tree addressed to me from Santa. Grand kids will be impressed.

The machine seems to be well built, it is stable (does not rock back/forth) even at the highest speeds, and I appreciate how quiet it is. The elliptical machine comes with built in programs for a good session or you can manually operate it at different speeds and even reverse just by using the remote control. I would highly recommend purchasing a rubber mat to go under it so it doesn’t move forward when you use it.
