This elliptical has done what it says as I’m using it for rehabilitation of my ankle. What’s nice is it has a rehabilitation mode. It’s high quality, little to no noise, easy to assemble pedals and all around worth the price.

I tried it without turning it on and will try it with the power on and remote, better than a stationery bike where you have to work harder. This and the mini stepper might help me a little bit to lose weight and gain more muscles again while being indoors, and when I'm not able to go out or just before going out.

I am absolutely in love. I’ve had a total of 7 stabilization surgery on my sping from neck down. I don’t have a bunch of strength in my legs these n struggle with some as simple as standing to walk to the bathroom. Before I bought this I well on my way to a wheelchair. Physical therapy discharged me n said they had done all they could do for me. I had to start walker in 2012 one month after starting to use this for about 15 mins a day I was able to successfully transfer to a quad cane. My spine is going bad again from from adjacent spine disorder from the previous n I’m struggling with walking. However I have continued using this elliptical and proved the drs n everyone and am still using quad cane without any incidence of falling. I do struggle to walk but I’m still successfully able too. Drs say I shouldn’t be standing much less take one step. But here fighting threw with my little under the desk elliptical killing it. I refuse to miss my session no matter how rough I’m bad I’m feeling because this machine, determination, and will to fight thru it even on the worst is what is keeping me from being in a wheelchair permanently (even my drs and surgeons agree). It is a great low impact workout. I am also waiting on double knee replacements. I am now up to 3-15 min sessions a day on bad days. Most day I used it 3x a day for 30 mins. Time is no longer an excuse considering most watch the news at least n u can literally pull it out turn it on n get ur low impact workout done then. It runs very quietly and is made of good construction. I know this one will last me fore years to come

I bought this machine for my husband for Christmas. He used it for two months before it started falling apart. The base of the machine started to crack and there’s two holes in it. Before it cracked it made a squeaky sound when you use it. I contacted the company (ihomey-us) to let them know and they wanted to send me parts to fix it. I’m not satisfied and do not want parts.
