The range of motion on this elliptical is way too short to be effective. You are better off just stepping away from your desk and taking a brisk walk, in my opinion. If you wear anything larger than a men’s size 12 shoe, the pedals are too small to feel comfortable, and a lot of that is because of the small range of motion in the wheel prohibits the pedals from being any larger. There is no adjustment that can be made to move the pedals up or down, so you need to have an adjustable desk chair to get to a proper pedaling height/comfort level. If you are planning to pedal “recumbent-style” (like in a deep-set chair or a chair with a back that is not completely up right, the pedaling is awkward. Just about the only thing useful about this is the resistance bands, but for the obviously high price tag, this just isn’t worth it. The cord is also only a couple feet long - a longer one would have been much more helpful. ... show more
