This elliptical is super easy to use to work out, and it is quiet as well. It's sturdy and comfortable to use and I love being able to switch between three different modes to work out. It's fairly light weight to move around the house and the resistance and tension on the pedals allows for a more efficient work out. The only critique I would say would be slightly wider pedals and a better placement of the power cord, but other than that, it makes a super fine and excellent elliptical for exercising and it still exceeded my expectations.

This was so easy to use. Just plug it in and start working out. It runs so smooth and exceptionally quiet. I can use it under my desk while working with no disruption at all. I like that there are pre-set modes to exercise or I can set it to manual. I do wish the words were a little bigger on the display panel for the speed, distance, calories and steps but that’s just me and getting older and hard to see. Once you learn the sequence it’s easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this product to help get some movement in every day.

This under-desk elliptical has been such a great addition to my setup! I spend a lot of time sitting, so I was looking for a way to keep my legs moving without having to stand up every few minutes. The HJDFGSS elliptical is perfect—super quiet, smooth, and small enough that it doesn’t get in the way. I’ve noticed a big difference in how my legs feel, especially with better circulation and a little more strength! What I really love is how easy it is to use. I purchased this to provide exercise for my sore knee without needing to climb on a bike. It has helped greatly and likely improves circulation as well. It's a bit heavier than I expected, but the carrying handle makes it quite manageable. I like that it came with a remote and has a readout screen for distance, calories burned, and speed. another great feature is that it has both auto and manual modes. Pleased with this purchase.

I am a senior and this is a great product. It's been easy to set up and use, there's multiple modes that are easily adjustable. It provides a helpful way to get exercise without having to leave the house. I'm using this regularly in the aftermath of undergoing multiple leg and hip surgeries, during physical therapy and after. I purchased this item for my almost-90 y/o old mom who needs therapy but never will go. Plus-she can sit and watch TV and stimulate her muscles which helps her walk better. There is nothing to assemble...a simple plug in and she can program it to the speed and amount of time she wants to pedal. With the step counter, she can tell how far she pedals each day and mark it on her calendar for progress in the comfort of her warm home. The size of the machine is perfect where it is easily placed under an end table next to her recliner when not in use. She feels like she accomplishes exercise without having to attend therapy and it has strengthened her muscles where she is walking better everyday without use of a walker or cane. Excellent product to stimulate muscles without having to leave the house. Highly recommend!!!

For my mom. She loves it. She has a lot of issues with walking at age 87 She thinks it's the greatest. Helping getting strength, more relaxed muscles. Sleep better and able to do a little more walking outside. Helps a lot with circulation of my legs and my Dad. The value well worth it, speed is great, love lighter weight than others. Design is excellent.

EXCELLENT elliptical exerciser, easy to use and the remote helps. This makes my legs feel good and is quiet, making it usable while watching TV. The multiple programs are nice to change the routine, and I like how it goes forward and backwards both in each program. My only suggestion is some non - skid strips on the base. I have porcelain floors and it does slide on them. I highly recommend this!!!
