Bought this for my grandmother who has had lessening strength in her knees and legs. After a month of using it for only about 30 minutes a day, she has noticed increase strength when walking and a significant decline in leg pains at the end of the day.

It took me a minute to realize that it actually works by itself you don't even have to do anything. I have yet to find the setting where I can just go as fast as I want but for right now the fifth level goes just fast enough for me. Was very easy to set up plug and go
