I had high hopes for this under desk elliptical, but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The motor feels weak and inconsistent. Even on higher speed levels, the movement is uneven and sometimes jerky, which makes it uncomfortable to use for more than a few minutes. It definitely doesn’t deliver the smooth, low-impact motion you’d expect from a proper elliptical.

As i said in the title, I'm not sure who this is made for. I was expecting that it would have a little bit of resistance while using it. Indeed, it's the opposite. The motor moves the pedals for you, and so it's basically just shaking your legs. Even at the fastest setting, my heart rate did not go up at all (indeed, it even went down) after 30 minutes, with me trying to pedal along with it. It's entirely possible I'm not using it as intended, but the instructions are sparse at best, and don't give any kind of exercise recommendations (hence the 4-star rating). It does work as it claims it does, it does fit under my desk, and it is quiet. So if you're the kind of person this is made for, this is a good value.

Let me tell you, I bought this under-desk elliptical in hopes of becoming one of those people who casually burn calories while answering emails like a fitness ninja. Mission accomplished… sort of. The first few days were a little awkward. My brain was typing emails while my legs were trying to figure out if I was fleeing a bear. But once I got the rhythm down, it actually became fun. I’m literally cycling through spreadsheets and meetings now. Noise level? Super quiet—no one on Zoom knows I’m pedaling like I’m training for a tiny Tour de Office. Resistance? Adjustable enough to either casually pretend you’re active or actually break a sweat by lunch. Bonus: My smartwatch thinks I’m working out when I’m really just avoiding standing up. Who’s winning now, gym membership? Final verdict: Great for folks who want to multitask without moving much. I feel productive, slightly more toned, and a little smug—all without leaving my chair. 10/10 Will pedal again.
