The Under Desk Elliptical is as listed, well made and silent in operation. There are three levels of programmed operation that vary speed and direction, as well as manual mode which also controls speed and direction. All can be selected from the unit or its remote. It does not provide the same level of exertion as a treadmill or standing elliptical, but it does help a great deal for blood circulation in the feet and legs. Especially for anyone who spends appreciable time sitting at a desk or watching TV. It is easy to use the machine as the motion it does not distract from other focus. The machine is light, has a built in handle, so it can be moved anywhere there is an electrical outlet within 6' or so. It also stays put on carpet or hard surfaced floors.

The media could not be loaded. Although it looks like a stepper, it is not one of those cheaply build basic stepper. This one actually works as a elliptical machine from the gym but without the handles. It is sturdy but run smoothly. It is very quiet. And its wireless. It is a bit pricey but I think the quality is better than others. You get your money worth. It has some many functions in just one compact machine. Like it a lot.

So, I finally gave in and bought the GUGTTR Under Desk Elliptical because, let’s be honest, the idea of getting fit while sitting sounded too good to pass up. It’s perfect for my cousin's home physical therapy and my lazy workouts (my favorite kind). Easy to use? Absolutely. You just sit, pedal, and pretend you’re training for the Olympics—without even standing up. The quality is surprisingly solid for something that lets you exercise while binge-watching TV. If you’re looking for an excuse to stay seated while convincing yourself you’re ‘working out,’ this is the gadget for you. Bonus points for making me feel productive while I remain very much stationary.

I bought this under-desk elliptical to get some light exercise while working at home, and it’s been amazing! It keeps me moving during long hours at the computer, and I feel more active throughout the day. But the best part is that my mom, who’s 65, also loves it! She uses it while watching TV to keep her legs moving and improve circulation. It’s been great for both of us. We actually like it so much that we sometimes argue over who gets to use it first 😅. It’s quiet, smooth, and super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay active at home or while working!

I got this for my husband. He sits at a desk all day and doesn't get any exercise except to go get a drink of water a couple times a day. This thing works great. He uses it for 10 or 15 minutes several times a day. He tells me that he likes it a lot and it helps with the pain he sometimes gets in his hip.
