I worry about blood clots in my legs since I work a very sedentary job at my age. This elliptical is perfect. I can put it under my desk and use it while I work. It comes completely assembled (which is a big plus for me), is very well made, and not too heavy to move around.

The media could not be loaded. I work from home seated the whole day, and honestly, my bad, but I've not taking the time to exercise, and that's bad. Having a sedentary life is not good. I saw this mini elliptical more for Seniors, that helps to move your feets and ankles, and I liked a lot! I can still be working in front of my desktop, while this mini elliptical is working moving my feets. At least, I'm doing something, and I can feel it really. The first time I started using the Program 1, that is pretty slow, and going forth and back, and I realize that one of my ankles was "popping" a little, and while I was using it still was popping, but after that I felt so much better. Using this, promotes the good blood flow, and activating your muzcles! I think that you could find more benefits. For me, it's a tiny action just to activate a little bit my body, I know it's not enough but good when I'm pretty busy. Has 5 speeds levels, the 2 directions mentioned, 3 programs that last about 30 minutes. Every program has different level and is stopping, going back, going forth, increasing the speed, etc. Really is a good help for those that have a sedentary life like me, or also seniors that need attention with their legs and feets. About how quiet, is good, but this one in particular has been making a weird sound like "scratching" in some area of the machine. Not a big deal. For me, has been so good, because relax me too, feeling also like somekind of massage for my feet. I recommend it pretty well. ... show more

I love this machine! It is quiet, light enough to where I can move it with ease and it mixes up the speeds and directions so you get a full workout (to which you will feel), and the best part was that it was ready to go, just plug it in.
