POORLY MACHINED. 1 screw hole is completely off and won't allow a screw to go in leaving only 1 screw to support entire handle assembly. It's a good half inch off. Not even close to fitting. If i could take a clear pic I would share. NOT FOLDABLE! You would have to unscrew and remove plastic housing for it to fold down. NOT 20 DEGREE INCLINE. Incline is only a few inches max. Nowhere near 20 degrees as advertised. Not as big as it looks in the pics. Small and compact. I'm 5 - 11 and its not bad but you can't get a full stride. Pics are photoshopped and made to look like its bigger than it is.

The first shipment was something else, not the tread mill. However, they picked it up the very next day and shipped the correct item and had the treadmill 2 days later. It was easy to put together and works okay for a man 6,5" I won't be able to run on it but I can walk fast just fine. Over all it is what it says it is. Used it for a couple weeks with no issues.

I think this treadmill is great for the price, and it’s a great size as well. I will say my only cons are the following: installing the screws was a nightmare. The holes for the screws were too small, so we worked up a sweat trying to get them in. The bottom right leg to do the manual incline is screwed in SO TIGHTLY that we have to flip the treadmill to its side and move the little leg WITH OUR FEET LOL that’s how tightly it’s screwed in. We can’t even loosen the screw either. Pros: compact, stores easily, and is a great price for the speed you get. Overall, this is a great product, but I hope you have an easier time with the screws and the little incline legs (definitely doesn’t go down with ease like in the video)

I just got my new treadmill L20 from umaylift.com. Came well packed and in good shape. seems to be fair built. But a little time will tell the full story of that. The reason for the three stars is that if you put it together as described in the instructions you cannot fold it up to easy store it. Once it's put together it is not able to be folded without taking the bolts out. The way it is listed as being able to fold and store easy is at best misleading and really a false statement. I purchased it after watching the video thinking it would be great for the limited space I have to use it in. But after putting it together and finding out it has to be used with no support in the upper frame, or bolted in place and not able to store easy as shown in the description I am very disappointed. The instructions do not even mention folding it up so even they know it's not a good thing to use as they show it in the video advertisement. The Price is right so I'll find a way to make it work, but had I been aware of the way it has to be to fold I would not have purchased it . The ability to fold it up and stand against the wall was the biggest reason I opted for it over a better built model from a different maker. To be clear it does fold up if you don't install the bolts, but is so flimsy it is unsafe without the bolts.

I purchased this treadmill because it was on the cheaper side and small but also because of the 20° incline. That's not even close! With the legs down and blocks installed it was only at 3° max. Very disappointed.

It is a great treadmill for the money, there are a few things wrong it’s a little small, it does squeak a bit the motor is quiet thought .The other thing is to collapse it you need to remove some screws which is a pain. Lastly one of the screws came striped it is stuck inside the hole.
