I'm 5'7, and the speed it offers, especially up to 6, is like a brisk speed walk for me, which is fantastic for keeping up with my fitness goals. I ordered this walking pad to help me meet my step goal since I work from home. It’s easy to move around, quiet, and pretty intuitive to use. I wish the speed went just a little higher but other than that, it’s good for a midday walk when I don’t have time to do a couple of miles outside.

I use this 4-5 days during the week for work. I love it, but the remote stopped working after 3 months. After a bit of digging I was able to get ahold of customer service and am now getting a new remote shipped out to me. The response was fast and their customer service was easy to work with. I’ve had this treadmill for about a year now and it’s been working great. Recently, the treadmill started speeding up and slowing down by itself and so I reached out to their customer service team and they are working on sending us a replacement part for the treadmill. They responded super quickly to my query and were willing to support even though I’ve had the treadmill for a year and 3 months and the warranty is only for 1 year. We bought our walking pad to use while studying and working. It really helps us stay active throughout the day. Our walking pad started out very quiet but then became progressively louder. We contacted customer support about this issue and determined it was the motor. UMAY then sent us a brand new motor that was super easy to install. The only reason it is getting 4 stars because it does suck the motor went out in 9 months, I bought this walking pad last October and the motor brushing started to go out, I contact UMAY customer service, they got back to me right away and asked a few questions and sent me a new motor got it in two days and I installed it and it works great. Bought this to use under my standing desk while I WFH and it’s exactly what I needed. It’s a perfect size and the wheels make it easy to maneuver around. Since my desk is in my bedroom I’m able to store it under the bed whenever I’m not using it. I use this a few times a week and have had no issues. It definitely has helped boost my productivity at work (since it gives me a reason not to walk away from my desk lol) and has been helping me reach/surpass my daily step goals. I’ve recommended this treadmill to my other friends who work from home/want a small treadmill to have at home and they all love it as well! Not only has the treadmill been great but the company/seller has been amazing as well. I had something go wrong with the treadmill (my fault not the product itself) and they were able to respond quickly and went out of their way to assist me, even though they didn’t have to. I finally, after months, pulled the trigger and purchased this and was so excited. The lubricant exploded and got everywhere and was a nightmare to clean up (and I understand this could’ve happened en route but looked like a faulty bottle, not a break/crack). On top of that the remote doesn’t seem to be working - I read lots of reviews and tried everything mentioned (minus opening it up because I don’t trust myself to do that lol) but I also have seen they have good customer service so I sent an email and am hoping to get everything fixed. ... show more
