I purchased these blinds and installed them with relative ease. Blinds are not difficult. After completing the installation, I attempted to run a function check by adjusting the louvres but the rear adjustment line broke immediately. Well... broke isnt quite right. It came out of the adjustment reel up in the header. I attempted to fix it y re-attaching it to the reel but it was no good. The blinds were completely uneven and never really adjusted correctly. I orderd a return/replacement through the normal process, not realizing that you have to send back the blinds before they will process a replacement. The 7-day alloted time came and went before I realized what I needed to do. I requested another return/replacement and shipped the blinds back. Now I am finding out that I cannot get my money back and they wont send me a replacement!! The seller is stating there is an issue with my credit card which is complete and utter BS given that I received the first blinds so they must have gotten their money. **UPDATE** After the misunderstanding and confusion over the return, the seller made this right by sending out a new blind which was PERFECT! Just know you will need to return the defective item before getting a replacement shipped out to you. Communication from the seller turned out to be good, ultimately. Credit where credit is due. The seller turned a bad impression/situation into a solid win! Purchase with confidence.

I initially purchased 2 units to try out. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and sturdiness. I was inclined to purchase the blinds from Home Depot at first, but after reading their reviews of them melting in the sunlight I opted for the Linen Avenue blinds instead. After I installed the units and about a weeks time with over 90° weather I purchased the additional 9 units needed for my home. I bought the partially outside version and to ensure the moulding is flush with the wall I suggest you install the left and right main brackets with the edge flush to an 1/8" outside to the wall.

Easy to install, came with all parts needed and extra, they work great, they fit excellently, and they look amazing. -The material feels like a faux wood. -Cleaning is easy with a duster or microfiber towel -They were kinda heavy to initially lift, but once installed they were easy to pull down -Not sure how durable yet since mine are new, but the material isn't flimsy and seems like they will last. *Also these don't block sunlight too well so you will need curtains if you want a darker room.

Blinds look great! I elected to just use drywall screws instead of the screws and anchors they supplied and that probably saved quite a bit of time . The blinds open and close by simply lifting them up or pulling them down. (No string) They look more expensive than they are

Went in fairly easy as they are cut to size which makes them custom. Using in attached garage for privacy & matched to others in house as all are 2". Like they are cordless and they will never be opened except to wash windows or open windows to use the screens. Two hastles on install I found were: Valance is a pain as did not slip on easily in the clips so I used a needle nose from the bottom to hold clips so would slide through valance and the second was, bottom tie downs are cheap clear plastic and one has already broken so I will have to get a new one. Overall satisfied with product.

Wooded blinds. We had one window blinds break. We didn't want to replace all the blinds in our master bedroom. This matches to our other window blinds perfectly. You can't tell the difference except this one you can pull up without the string. Amazing.
