Okay I was so skeptical of this purchase. No way would did I think this treadmill was going to be as great as it is. Took me 5 mins to put this together and to figure out how to use it. I love that it is quiet so I can use it after my husband goes to bed. I paid extra for a model with a handlebar but the placement of the handle makes me less stable and off balance because I have to bend forward to hold it. Instead, I use a chair alongside to keep my posture straight and help with balance. I still like having the handlebar though, I use it to hold my iPad or iPhone to watch videos. Another thing, I didn't realize that this walking pad requires a 20 amp outlet. Our home only has 20 amp outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will need to have one installed in my office so I can use it there. FYI, I am an obese 81-year-old woman who is trying to lose weight and get back in shape after getting a wake-up call recently when I tripped and fell and had to have the fire department help me up. I have two knees and a shoulder that all need surgery. If I can use a walking pad you can too. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. An unconventional review, seeing as I'm using it "wrong": I live in an apartment so I got this treadmill for my new rescue dog who is overweight, reactive (difficult to exercise outside around other dogs), and who would've been extra doomed outside this summer as a black fluffy dog in 100+ degree summers. Not anymore! After a couple of weeks of training (and as you can see in the video, I used the box it came in to keep him from jumping on/off at an unsafe angle and put a spare comforter as a safety cushion in the back) we worked up to being able to jog at a nice pace of 3-3.4mph for 20 minutes at a time and he loves it. Pros: - not loud - sleek and modern - can go faster than other walking treadmill brands (when he get swol enough to up the pace) - wide enough for my dog (medium-large breed) - I'm a bit weak, but managed to move it on my own just fine - appears to be good quality! - about $200-$300 less than dedicated dog treadmills, so I'm very pleased! Cons (minor): - not a problem for most humans, but the back has a bit of a ridge to it on the edges (see photo, excuse the dog hair), high enough for me to put my fingers underneath. You might get nicked on if you're not careful. It's not over the track, but both of us have accidentally hit it. - the instructions it came with confused me when it came to applying lubricant to it. It didn't specify to lubricate it out-of-box, but I decided I should anyway. I'm also not sure how much of the bottle I was supposed to use and I wasn't sure how to open the bottle (ended up using scissors to cut the tip). Not a big deal, but clearer and visual instructions/tips would've been nice. Overall, happy with this purchase! I might even get swol, too. ... show more

After reading the manual and adjusting the belt to ensure it’s right on track and adding the provided lubricant, the sound is still not going away. As you can hear in the video, it is making a loud and irregular sound. I reached out via the provided customer service email two times in the past two weeks and have not heard back. I really like the remote that comes with it, and I like the display. Love the price and simplicity of this. It doesn't have all the extra features of a full sized tredmil that hardly anybody ever actually uses, it is a perfect size for small spaces, and very easy to use. My only complaint is, I purchased this specific one because of the handle bar and having a place to put my phone to watch shows while I run, and this handle bar is waayy too short for a full grown adult. It's the right size for my 7 and 9 year old kids, but it literally sits at my belly button and the angle of it the phone leans forwards; screen towards the floor. I use the remote while running to increase/decrease speed, but had to set my phone up on the tripod I use to stream workouts to actually be able to see it. If you're just looking for a walking pad/mini tredmil, it's great. But the handle bar is essentially useless for anyone over 5ft tall. ... show more
