Let me start by saying I love this treadmill! I wanted to start an exercise routine that I felt like I could stick with and not worry about rain or heat. I was really excited to receive this treadmill. It was easy to install, and it runs well and is very quiet. It is high quality and fits perfectly where I need to store it. I have to admit that I had an issue with the first one I purchased. I also have to tell you that the issue was quickly resolved. Customer service was awesome! The Rep. went above and beyond in assisting me. Not only was my issued resolved timely but a follow up contact text was received to insure I was satisfied. Wow! I wished other companies that I have delt with had the same reverence for their customers. This treadmill is definitely worth it in affordability and quality. After a shipping mishap, I received my treadmill. I set up the device and since then, it has been amazing. I certainly enjoy the treadmill and have used it faithfully. I use it 3-4 times a week. Definitely worth the price. Customer support was very supportive

    • Perfect for small spaces!
I purchased this treadmill in August 2023 and was very pleased with the smaller size of it, since space is an issue in my home. It is very quiet, so walking while watching t.v. is not a problem. My only issue, is that I must have gotten a defective treadmill, as the belt on mine would stop abruptly almot causing me to fall. I have severe back problems so I contacted the company to see about a refund. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the treadmill has a 5-year warranty and customer service has been great about issuing a refund and working with me to try to correct the problem.     • A bit disappointed
First, the good things. It's a nice size for a limited space. While compact, it seems to be very sturdy. However, the fact that the incline is 100% manual and in order to change it, you need to stop, get off and then monkey with some kind of pins which I have not been able to figure out yet. There are no instructions on how to change the incline in the users manual that came with it. Also, the fact that you have to oil the motor so frequently is so annoying. What kind of oil do you need when what was supplied runs out and where can it be purchased? Nothing about that in the manual either. While this is a fairly inexpensive machine, it still has a cost and having the appropriate instructions and information for maintenance and supplies needed should be a no brainer when it comes to providing customer service. ... show more

I purchased this treadmill because of its size is quite small and easy to setup. We didn’t need some large expensive treadmill that took up a lot of space so this unit was absolutely perfect for our needs. The customer service was excellent for this unit and if I might make a suggestion, if you need any help setting it up, there are some excellent set up videos on YouTube that were made by this company that are much easier to use and understand than looking through a manual, But Manuel is included. ... show more
