Arrived undamaged. Exactly as described. Performs very well. Lots of power, I'm 200 lbs and it scoots right along! Excellent range - used for 3 days on only 1 battery before needing recharged. Very easy to fold, a quick pull up on the release and you are done! No tools need to remove the Batteries - they lift right out for TSA inspection. Battery labels are TSA compliant with Watt-Hours clearly marked. The ability to fold is awesome but makes the ride a little cramped at 5' 9" 200 lbs. but still very doable.
