Installed in my pool cabana. Exceeded all expectations. Very happy with the quality of this soundbar with wireless sub and wireless surround speakers. Packaging was extremely well done and arrived on time with no defects. Installation took only a few minutes. I literally had it up and running in 5 minutes. The app is very intuitive and provides additional controls including BT. Sound: terrific bass response. Up-firing Atmos speakers work well if the room has an appropriate ceiling to allow for sound redirection. Surround speakers also provide good balance but could improve slightly at lower frequencies. The left and right front speakers on the sound bar itself don’t quite have the spread of a separate system but this is a soundbar so that is to be expected. Center channel speaker provides clear dialogue without any adjustments to audio delay. It perfect right out of the box. Sound parameters can be tweaked with the app’s graphical EQ but the app does lack some precision to make more precise changes. The app also has auto settings for music, movie, etc… but the standard Music setting was not subjectively optimized so I did tweak it to meet my preferences. Overall the X 40 was a superb value and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. So much so that I have recommended it to my friends who were also impressed with the sound quality and functionality. Thank you to the team at Ultimea. I will be purchasing more of your equipment.

First time using this companies product. I must say from the first time opening the box I was very surprised to see how well everything was packaged! Setup was extremely easy and simple, directions are clear and easy to read. The app is a nice added bonus that I feel like usually only comes with higher end surround sounds systems. eArc connection is top notch and seamlessly paired with my tv remote. Will definitely be looking into getting more products from this company!

Very easy setup. Wireless surround speakers and subwoofer only require power connection. No wires from sound bar to Subwoofer or Rear Speakers. Earc from TV to sound bar signals system to turn on and the room is filled with sound. TV remote controls Soundbar volume when active. The display is hidden after a few seconds, but is difficult to read unless looking straight on. I would rather have a Standby/Power LED that was visible at all times. Ot would also be preferable to have Dolby Surround indicator when active instead of the brief display. The APP paired easily with the Soundbar, but occasionally loses the bluetooth link. It is not intuitive to customize the preset sound profiles and there seems to be now way to adjust speaker volumes for listening position. One final note: While the Ultimea products seem to have good value and quality for their price range, they should show their output power in RMS terms. Only listing PEAK Power or IPP ratings gives the impression of cheap knockoff products. Divide the peak power by 3 to compare to high end systems.

ULTIMEA Skywave X40 5.1.2ch Sound Bar Has impressed me from he moment I opened the box. Supper well packed in molded foam, everything was perfect. Set up was simple. Everything powered right up, linked and was ready to go. It took a bit to get my TV settings just right for the passthrough and cable configurations, but I found some great videos that explained everything. Now it sounds amazing. Great price for a quality piece of equipment.

Very impressed with the audio quality of this setup. Highest volume I have used is 20 whereas my previous soundbar I was at 40 or higher. Setup is straight forward. Love that I can connect my phone for audio streaming via Bluetooth. Early days however will followup if any negatives.

This sound bar has worked out great, very loud when you turn it up. Much more adjustable than my last sound bar, this thing really splits up the sounds.
