While my pool advertised that it was an 8ft pool, its actually not but this cover does keep my pool covered. We recently had some work done in our patio and not only was I able to cover my pool but it prevented cement dust from getting inside of it. As you can see on the cover, there is some of that dust still on there but when I took the cover off, nothing inside of my pool. The cover is actually thick enough to prevent really anything from getting inside of it. This cover will even stay on during wind storms. Super easy to install and even easier to rinse off and fold away when not in use. The other thing I noticed was that even with this covering our pool in over 105 degree temps, my pool wasn't heated when we uncovered it. The water was still nice and cool. Highly recommend and even though our pool isn't the full 8ft, this cover still keeps our pool protected.

Cover appeared to be quality upon arrival. Sold as 16' pool covers was far larger than my 16' intex pool. The cover sank into the pool having been installed correctly allowing the water now on top of the cover to accumulate dirt/ debree. the weight of the water pulled the straps up to the top rail and the cover sank lower into the pool. I added an inflated pillow (Robelle 3745A Pool Pillows for Above Ground Pools, 4 ft. x 5 ft.) and was able to keep most of the cover above water. The salt in the pool somehow bled threw the cover and dried and left salt crust the salt bled threw.accumulating dust bugs etc,. With the afternoon breeze 15 knots the cover began to disintegrate and tear easily in the area that contacted water. The seams and straps held solid. Bottom line, 2 1/2 months and the cover now has to be replaced.

We’ve gone through two flimsy pool covers in the last few summers, so I wasn’t playing around this time. This one showed up and immediately felt like an upgrade—the material is thick, tough, and clearly made to handle real weather, not just light breezes and wishful thinking. It’s packed with smart features I didn’t even know I wanted. The full-circle drawstring made tightening it actually easy (finally!), and the extra-long edge gives it serious grip. We had some strong wind last week, and it didn’t budge. The reflective strips and glow-in-the-dark stakes? Genius. I no longer trip over the pool like a cartoon character at dusk. I also love that it doubles for other round setups too—we’ve already tested it on our kid’s trampoline when the rain came. This thing’s built to last, and it shows.

I like the product, is nice and easy to move inside the pool. I have issues with the wind, the loop and edges were not that strong, I got some areas ripped, but I think with the thread upgraded will be the best product.

Easy to use! Fits as it should. We have the Coleman Steel Pro 12 ft. x 33 in. Round Metal Frame Above Ground Pool Set and it fits perfectly. It is easy to put on and take off, it heats the pool nicely (in Minnesota).

If you’re looking for a very fast heating solar cover this is for you. I have a 12 ft, 3 foot deep frame pool & this cover heated my pool from freezing cold hose water to nearly 100° in less than a day. My pool only gets 8 hours of full sun right not. It’s also way bigger than my pool even though it’s a 12ft cover. It droops into the pool no matter how well I fasten it. It’s just not what I needed or wanted. I have never had a pool cover heat my pool like this. It might be great for winterizing or for deeper, very cold pools.. But everyday use…not for me. Also, if you’re not using clamps or using the stakes to keep the cover on when not in use, it will not stay on very well. The adjustable straps don’t really do much. The cover flew off in minor winds w/out using the stakes. I had to use clamps to keep it on even w/ the straps completely tightened. Unfortunately half my pool is above cement so I can’t use the ground stakes. Again, I’m sure this is a great cover for winterizing or if you have bigger pools. But not great for what I need it for. Update: I was able to flip it over & use the reflective side facing outward & it isn’t heating it as much. However, now I can’t fasten the cover on w/ the straps or use the stakes. So I don’t think it’s going to work for me. Also, don’t allow the cover to touch the water if you do not want your pool to heat up fast. It’s insane how much heat this thing absorbs & retains.

I rarely do Amazon reviews but I talk about their cover at least once a week. It’s super easy to put on. Takes two people and just a few minutes. Pulling off is very easy especially because it has handles. I like how it has a draw string and clips to hold it tight. Pool is so clear and helps keeps the chemicals balanced. I order a size up to allow it to slip on easily and over the baskets we have attached. It also warms the pool so the heat stays in when it gets cooler.
