Literally took about 7 minutes to assemble. Only took that long because I wasn't sure how far to push the wheel on. Didn't want to break it. FYI, all the way until it snaps hard. Farther than you might think. It should spin but not be loose and floppy. Attached it to my existing hose, and off it went. Hasn't gotten stuck. But, I didn't need to use the tubing that came with it, so I can't speak to that. It does seem a bit too stiff.

this thing works great. Had a pool that I hadn’t touched in almost 6 months trying to get it reopened for the summer and this thing cleaned up all the leaves and pollen in a matter of a couple of days would definitely buy again.

Worked great at first, and can not figure out why it no longer moves. The suction is going, but stays in one spot.

nicely designed and easy to install. Works very well except for one consistent problem as it gets stuck at the steps at the pool entry and no matter how the hose length is set, it will still get stuck. I don't see any other adjustments that could eliminate this problem

I noticed this summer has been dramatically hotter than the past few. Therefore I've noticed algae growth in my pool a lot more rampant. I've been running this item once a day and my pool is almost clear. Mind you I had my challenges in the beginning with it. Come to find out it was my user error. If it stops sucking go to the pump first and make sure the seal is on properly. If there is a rock stuck in the throat part of the swimmer it will also stop. I don't use any of the attachments or the hose provided because my pool equipment fits this item. Lucky me. It's only built to go so far but I have a 30, 000 gallon pool and it keeps it clean now that I run it frequently. If you have a pool I suggest you have one of these. It has helped dramatically and I'm not worn out from manually cleaning the pool. And FYI I do not put the wheel on it or a weight it seems to move more freely

Works ok, but needs LOTS of pump power. I have a 24'x12' with big pump which struggles to keep it going. Just a few leaves in the pool filter and it stops working. It regularly gets stuck in the corner (there is also a drain valve in the corner). Leaf problem is not the cleaner's fault, so recommend an inline leaf catcher, if you have more than just a few leaves to pickup.

I used this type of pool cleaner before but when it finally wore out and needed a replacing, I tried a more expensive cleaner that had a brush and more moving parts expecting better results and for it to last longer. Here is what I learned. More expensive does not necessarily mean better. The cleaning ability of the more expensive cleaner was about the same and it didn’t last as long before needing replacement. So when the new, more expensive cleaner wore out, I switched back. Simpler, cheaper works great.

The device is easy to install; however, it tends to get stuck in the corners of the pool and remains there once it reaches those areas. I have shortened the hose, but the issue persists. I am unsure of the cause.
