Update: Company sent a different unit and it worked well but after 2 uses it stopped charging so reached out to this company and they replaced it and for 2 weeks I’ve been using the Scuba E1. It’s heavier and works much better at collecting leaves, debris, and bugs. I like the 2 filters. It did take quite a while to get the new machines but I’m pleased with the company making sure I was happy with the scuba. Old review: Used for 2 days and it does not work! It sits up along the side of the pool. We have to nudge it to keep it in motion. It barely picks up anything at all. It runs out of battery life way before 90 minutes and has to be charged repeatedly. It goes right over the debris and doesn’t pick it up. A huge waste of money. It is not reliable and I am very disappointed. It’s cheaply made and I don’t see the plastic parts holding up for a summer. We even took ladder out of the way but that didn’t help because it seems to get stuck on the wall of the pool without turning around and moving away from the wall. We also turned off the pump so the water didn’t circulate and disturb it. Nothing made it work better. Awful product!!

I purchased this in late March. Ive had nothing but trouble from this pool vacuum. I'm so fed up with it, I want to throw it against a wall and shatter it into 1000 pieces! Its constantly losing charge and not working for the entire time it claims it will. At most, I get 45 mins out of it. It doesn't pick up sand nor dead algae, just pushes it all around the pool. It barely picks up small leaves half the time. You can't reuse it in a very timely manner after using it because you have to wait for it to completely dry out b4 hooking it back up to its charger and waiting for it to recharge. Its difficult to open, clean out, then reassemble for the next use. I have a 24 foot round above ground pool and this thing is honestly absolutely useless! I rarely if ever leave a bad review, but this product deserves it. Do yourself a favor and purchase a pool vac at a higher price point that will do what it says it will. *EDIT; after posting my review, the seller (Aiper) reached out to me to make things right. They sent me a replacement vacuum the Scuba E1 for free. I'm delayed in updating my review because we wanted to use it for awhile and see how well it does. We have a 24 ft round above ground pool and this Scuba E1 is phenomenal! Pics in my review are for this machine (b4 it cleaned, during, and after). It is much stronger than the vacuum originally purchased, has a nice basket with a tight mesh so things don't escape. It absolutely runs its full 90 min time unlike the version we first purchased. It picks up the sand that is constantly in the bottom of the pool (we live in Florida) and any and all leaves from our many nearby trees, too. It works fast and complete. We are 100% more than satisfied with the Scuba E1. More than anything, we are blown away by the more than excellent communication from Aiper's customer service as well as their dedication to making sure we have a product we can be happy with. Thank you so much, Aiper! When we need to purchase again in the future, we will absolutely buy another Aiper.

This company’s product is junk. This is the second pool robotic cleaner I have purchased from Aiper. The first worked ok but the brushes wore out and there is nowhere to buy replacements. I purchased a new one in June of 25. Between last summer and this summer this has been used a total of 5 months. As of this week, the robot will now not hold a charge and it’s useless. It’s now apparently out of warranty and my only option is to buy a new battery or charger when I don’t even know if that is what is defective. Not to mention I do not have to time sit on the phone or jump through a million hoops to speak with a product specialist. I need a new one NOW. Something made for a pool that is only going to be used a few months out of the year should last a lot longer than one calendar year. Stay clear of this company’s products.

Very light weight and easy to clean. The little guy sucks up leaves and debris better than one would expect. Charge lasts 1 1/2 hours or longer. I'm giving it 4 stars and would be 5 if it would climb the sides.

Best purchase I have made in the 49 years I have had the pool! Easy to use and easy to charge. Would highly recommend this robotic pool vacuum. I didn’t use the hose vacuum, that hooks into the skimmer, at all this summer.

Update: I don’t know what to do. It keeps getting stuck and then doesn’t pick up leaves in the bottom of the pool. It doesn’t go in a pattern at all and gets stuck by the walls. We have a 22ft above ground pool. It was just put up so the floor is flat. I’m so frustrated by how it’s not working out. I’m probably going to to have to return. After our initial review, we had Aiper reach out to us about our review and sent us a different unit and I cannot say How pleased I am! Our pool was so bad and it cleaned it up within 2 days! So clear and clean. So I do not recommend the seagull but the Scuba E1 for above ground pools, it will not get stuck on the sides and will clean that pool out!

Update: I’d like to update my review because after posting the company reached out and sent me a replacement vacuum at No charge. I’m surprised at such great customer service. The replacement vacuum is great. Positive experience with this company. I’ve only had this vacuum for less than 6 months and it just stopped working one day. When it worked; it was great! Kept my pool perfect. But now it charges but no power once you try to turn it on. I absolutely loved it until it died. Not worth the money if it only lasts a few months. I’m super disappointed.

UPDATE: The customer service reached out to me and resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again the new vacuum works amazing and we are completely satisfied. We purchased this in May in hopes of opening our pool but we had set backs. We opened our pool right after July 4th and I was so excited to finally not have to Manuel vacuum our pool this season but this thing hardly moves, hardly picks up anything, and dies very quickly. I’m so disappointed. I first thought I was doing something wrong so I have tried everyday doing things and nothing works.
