I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. It's nice sturdy easy to assemble and works great for an inflatable hot tub. Jets run in 20 min intervals with a 10 min break in between which is good so it doesn't get to hot and melt your tub. It will take over 8 hrs for water to reach 104 temp which is highest setting on mine. All in all it's a great hot tub for the price and being inflatable ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Super Easy set up. Self air fill. Heats and holds heat great as long as you put recommended water. Don't over fill. Very very safe from from curious children or pets such as a curious cat or any clawed animal. Cover is lockable and sides can be sat on with out sinking. Extremely sturdy. My best selfish purchase in 20 years. Draw backs. Filters are pricey need cleaned out daily. When water jets are on you can not have a conversation. They seem rather loud. I wouldn't trade it in for either of the draw backs. Why spend $5000 instead of $500 for the same comfort and it is portable runs off 110 outlet. I put lockable foam flooring underneath. Draining is easy and quick. Filling takes 20 min. On my second fill, I forgot to shut water off for 2 extra hours and ran over. The strength of the device did not burst under the extreme over fill and presure. I have had it for about 90 days. I have only missed 4 nights due to lightening outside. I'm not going to one star it because it did work. Kept temp perfectly, didn't take long. Starting temp was 78, took about 6 maybe 7 hours on a hot day to reach 102 before I got in. Everything works perfectly BUT!!! the entire tub slowly loses air. Everything is tightened up nothing is lose and it just won't stay fully blown up. If it was cheaper I'd say oh well but almost 500 I'm sending this back. I'd love to try again with a newer one but I don't honestly want to take the chance. I'll spend the extra 200 and get a better known model. That's the only issue I had. Everything else is awesome. Size is exactly what I expected, heats fine, oh the doughnut thing that keeps the heat in had a hole in it and never worked from day one but eh that didn't matter at all to me. The size is great. It fits well on our small patio. Easy to follow instructions. The pump actually blows up the tub and you can use it to top off the tub if it starts loosing air from outside temp changes. The only problem we have seen is that it shuts down periodically by itself for no known reason and the water cools off. The blower also shuts down at times after being on for a couple minutes but then comes back on by itself. Not sure why but overall it’s a great lil tub. ... show more

    • defective product no charger for remote spa stops working only heats to 102 no service support

this is a terrible waste of a well designed and manufactured product potentially the heater has a remote controller which has a non standard charging port the brochure tech writer does not even mention the charger and the package does not have it enclosed! So when the remote dies the spa stops heating! When the remote was still alive it only heated to 102 not 104 as advertized! this is a standard defect...I have another spa by Wave with the same Chinese mfg with same defect! I am giving up and returning for refund! Got a Coleman for $300 today at Wal Mart which maybe works! ... show more

As the cliché goes and it's still true to this day, " You pay for what you get" I bought this Tub without reading the reviews and the price was incredibly! The first thing I noticed is it a constant leak on one of the hoses, I tried everything to stop it. Then the heater kept shutting down, I would set it for 100 and it would stop along the way getting to it, thus I had to reset it each time. Then the final straw was the bottom of the tub started leaking. That was it, I contacted Amazon and they reimbursed me right away. ... show more
