Simple lightweight and effective. The assembly process was very easy (less than a minute) and the adjustable settings allow for a targeted workout. This is perfect to break it down for travel or storage as it won’t take up much space. Good upper body workout for shoulder/biceps. I really loved this product. I was looking for something like this to work out my arms and it works great. The quality is excellent, very sturdy and comfortable thanks to the padded grips. I've been trying to stay fit, but with my work schedule it has become increasingly difficult to stay consistent with it. I wanted to get something that I could quickly run up at home, and came across this. I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. The build quality is really good, it has been holding up with all the different settings they've included with it. It's compact as well, and they give a little travel bag for it. As well as those, its easy to use, and I have been noticing changes in my overall upper-body strength. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable way to work out from home.
