Simple lightweight and effective. The assembly process was very easy (less than a minute) and the adjustable settings allow for a targeted workout. This is perfect to break it down for travel or storage as it won’t take up much space. Good upper body workout for shoulder/biceps. The only thing I can say is that the foam where your wrists are at is very thin and hurts after a while needs to be thicker, but besides that it does work well, but I have to find something that I can put over it to make the foanthicker
