I purchased two bikes, one for myself and my wife. One bike was damaged in shipment. I emailed customer service and within three days. I had a complete crank assembly delivered. Simple install! These bikes are super solid and a lot of fun. Really impressed as to the value for the money. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for a great E bike. Easy assembly, suspension is very comfortable for my 220 pounds and my wife’s 120 Ish. The app is super easy to adjust things/map out rides, change your PAS level speeds etc. they easily fold up but we travel in a van so I purchased a rack to put them on. I road for 24 miles without peddling, using battery power only and still had 40% of the battery left. Super stoked with our purchase. Looking forward to riding these around the national parks.

Amazing e-bike for price or any price. Came with a basket and saddlebags (.usually extra), only downside is takes a little longer to assemble and would love a hard copy instruction manual. Has a great tool kit that I keep with bike in saddlebag just in case .

The frame of this bike will hold a 400 lb rider. The suspension will not. The front and rear sport a simple spring mechanism ( no hydraulics or air). The front suspension travel is a mere 50 mm and bottoms out even on beginner mountain bike trails. (Some rocks and roots but no drops over six inches). I am 5’10”, weigh 200 lbs and I’ve minimized the front suspension bottoming out by lowering the front tire air pressure to 14 lbs and buying a seat with a spring suspension . I love the bmx style handlebars but they are tall. The bike rode like a chopper until I rotated the handlebar forward and swiveled the cockpit controls backwards…... I also replaced the too long 170 mm cranks with 152 mm’s. Now the pedals don’t strike the trails I ride. The reason I’ve kept this bike is that it rides much better than the sum of its parts. The shorter 20“ wheels, seven speed Shimano shifter, 750 watt motor, hydraulic brakes, 13 amp hour battery and step thru frame are a perfectly matched set. The bike is all I need to take on basic mountain trails for three hours on power level 1……….One last thing for you to consider. Im 73 years old and have one serious bike wreck to my credit that resulted in a broken ankle, a femur with spider fractures in three places and a misplaced ligament. I’ve healed now and am still riding and feel secure partly because this Jasion x hunter bike is secure, agile and and carves up trails. I was thinking of replacing the tires with dirt bike style tires but find the BFT tires are plenty grippy with reduced 14 lbs of pressure. Another reason I’m keeping this bike is because of the excellent technical support from Jasion /Heybike Fun. The support staff responds by email during the work week in excellent English and with very good technical information. Their responses are very practical. If this bike holds up I’ll raise the rating. Update ………… I Changed my rating to 5 star. Bike is holding up. Customer service from Camile has been exceptional. One last update…… I just installed a ztz hydraulic fork with 100 mm travel on my jasion . What a game changer !!!!! I can now change the suspension stiffness and the fork no longer bottoms out on mountain trails. This new fork is made out of aluminum and has a larger diameter piston and even though it is an inch longer it weighs less. It Took some creative modifications to install the new fork on my jasion. I installed a shorter folding stem that reduces handlebar height. I installed a 160 to 180 mm rotor adapter on my jasion brake caliper so the pads lined up on the wear zone of the disc rotor The mods cost me about $140 and a week of quizzing Gemini (AI) , bugging Jasion and ZTZ, buying modification parts on Amazon, and intermittently fiddling with the bike but the result is excellent. I’m now the proud owner of custom bike that takes on light mountain trails like a champ. One caution ………the ztz fork is 1” longer than the jasion fork. This means the bike step thru height is half an inch higher. Not a bad trade off for an adjustable hydraulic fork with 100 mm travel if you ask me ! This Ebike was delivered ontime and was very well packaged. The bike is sturdy and very well made. The first time I rode it I could not believe how fast it was and how comfortable it is to ride. my first ride was 40 miles only using throdle before I had to recharge the Battery.,the Lcd display is very nice and easy to see outside, the bike is not very loud and Its very functional for my needs. It folds very compact, and it fits in our little Rav 4. All in all it was a great buy and value for the money. I would not hesitate to buy it again, Im having a blast riding it.
