Activate small muscle groups that are difficult to train with traditional equipment through movements such as rotation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Adjustable Resistance: Spring resistance of 40-100lb, starting from lower resistance and adjusting strength according to your fitness level, very suitable for beginners to advanced users. Balancing safety and enhancing fundamental strength.
  • Portable and Detachable Design: lightweight, easy to assemble/disassemble, suitable for home, gym, or outdoor use. The compact storage space makes it easy to travel.
  • Three in One Resistance System: high-strength metal spring, strong elasticity, long service life, no jerking sensation in spring resistance, reducing joint impact. • limited & confusing use; mine came with assembly issue
Most important note: if you're looking specifically for stronger thigh adductor, look elsewhere. I somewhat knew what I was getting into when I ordered this for trial. Recently I've had a curiosity for more static training (wall sits, split holds) for areas on my body that are tight, to build up strength and flexibility in end ranges. I figured this would train more minor muscles in a holding position and perform activation reps, which is me being generous with expectations, given they don't describe it much. This WON'T really deliver on building any major muscle, obviously, but I think the marketing is fair and doesn't promise that. However, there are certain things it does promise that it fails to deliver on: - It says there is a 40-100lb resistance range, with THREE levels, with no indication of how to activate that. I assume the "hardest" setting (most inward notches) is the 100lbs, but there are only two notch clicks available. Maybe using it in reverse with the curved handles away from me? - I got this primarily to use between my thighs, as resistance + adduction training has REALLY helped my sore hips and knees. Plus using a thigh adductor while doing core work or squats also activates my core far better, fires up hamstrings, and makes me more flexible by fatiguing other muscles that keep me from full depth (google it - squeeze a ball between your thighs while doing a toe touch, and you can go further). But using THIS in ANY fashion between my legs HURTS because it's so strong, the bar just digs into your thighs as there is no contour. I didn't really think about that, and I think it's unfair it was marketed this way because there is ZERO comfortable way anyone is using this as a thigh adductor. -It is easy to take apart into its smaller components (a few clicks), or store nearly flat (there is a slight curvature to the handles) BUT, one of my insertion buttons won't lock into place like the other; this makes me super nervous because the resistance on this is so high I can see it snapping just right (or wrong) and whacking me in the face I'd give it 3 stars if mine functioned properly. Images show lack of more secure locking mechanism on second side. ... show more

  • Decent, just not super clear how to use properly...
There are very little instructions on use, just four small photos to give a couple of ideas, and no real instruction on how to increase/decrease intensity. This is really a trial and error piece for a workout. That said, it is a strong, durable and comfortable item. The padding seems quality and up to the demands. The pins are easy to move changing positions, but secure enough I don't worry about them slipping at all. I have added this to my upper body workouts a couple of times now and it's a nice break from the regular norms. The more trial and error I give, the better aligned I believe I am getting in adding this in as a value piece. ... show more

  • Convenient and effective exercise equipment
This is a simple, yet effective piece of exercise equipment. As someone who works a desk job that requires me to attend endless meetings on the phone, I find it hard to escape my desk to get in a good workout in my basement. I ordered this to get some exercises in right at my desk and it does not disappoint. Assembly is very easy and self explanatory. It comes in 3 pieces (2 ends and a middle). The way to make this effective is to learn the different exercises. The instructions that come with it are not at all helpful in this regard, so I would look the item up on Google and YouTube to see the various exercises that hit the muscles that you want to work. After doing my 1st chest workout with it, I can feel that I hit the pecks in all the places I intended. This will be a game changer for me as far as keeping up with my workouts on busy days. It is also compact enough to pack in a suitcase for when I'm traveling. Love this item! ... show more

  • Twister Arm Exerciser
This is my review of the Twister Arm Exerciser. It came disassembled in a small box. Each piece was well protected in bubble wrap. It came with a small set of instructions that are basically useless. It shows you four small pictures they call a "Usage Schematic". These are supposed to be the exercises you can do with this apparatus. It also shows you the how to set the strength or tension under the "Strength Adjustment" heading. The manual doesn't tell you how much strength is in each adjustment. Just so you know there are three different strengths you can make by moving the curved handles in or out of the straight spring bars. If you want to know what the strengths are and what settings make each strength level, you'll need to refer to the pictures on the Amazon website. It would be nice if they included them in the user manual. The apparatus itself is kind of flimsy. The steel frame rattles around a bit. One of the spring loaded adjustment pins will not fully extend into any of the holes that it is supposed to lock into. (See the top of 4th picture by the black spring cover) I tried all the holes on both side of the spring bars. The other three pins do extend fully as they should. The foam rubber covering the steel curved part and the cross bars sections feel cheap. Especially the foam on the cross bars. I don't think they will last a long time but only time will tell. The springs feel heavy duty and are covered with a rubber type cover to protect the user from getting hurt. I had to do some searching on line to find anybody using this type of apparatus so I would know the proper way to use it. There are a couple of videos out there if you look for them. Using it I can tell you it does give you a work out in your arms and other muscle groups. I only used it for a very short while and my biceps and other areas I used it on felt the burn. So it does seem like it will at the very least tone your muscles. Pros: Came well protected for transit. It does give you a work out. There is padding to protect the user. Cons: Seems flimsy. The padding may not hold up to heavy use. The spring loaded adjustment pins need work or the holes they fit in need to be bigger. The user manual is garbage and totally useless. They need to expand it to explain how to properly use this apparatus or put a link to a good workout video to follow. ... show more
