This is a nice little device that you can basically take anywhere for a quick workout. You are able to work your chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps from anywhere if you don't have time to make it to the gym

So if you're using the outer U handles you'll only get about 35-40lbs of resistance as measured by my scale. Which also means the detent pins don't do much to change the resistance, and the two positions are only half an inch apart. The inner handles do increase the effective resistance by quite a bit, but they aren't offset from the centerline and are a bit awkward to use without using your forearms for leverage. Basically if you actually need the full range of resistance going up to 100lbs you probably need some different springs. If 40lbs of resistance is enough for you though, this is a pretty well made piece of equipment. It comes mostly assembled and you just need to slide the handles into each end with the detent pins. The springs work smoothly and they are covered by thick rubberized foam for safety and cleanliness. Everything feels strong and sturdy when you use it.

The Twister Arm Exerciser is an awesome piece of workout equipment that really helps build upper body strength. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I can already feel a difference in my arms, chest, shoulders, and forearms. It’s adjustable, which is great because you can change the resistance as you get stronger or want more of a challenge. The design is simple but super effective. It’s easy to use at home, in the garage, or even while watching TV. I like that it doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t need any complicated setup. Just grab it and go. What I really like is how it targets multiple muscle groups at once. You feel the workout almost immediately, and it pushes you to keep going. It’s great for anyone who wants to tone up, get stronger, or just stay active without going to the gym. If you’re looking for something that gives real results and fits into your daily routine, this arm exerciser definitely delivers.

I took a star away due to the ad showing a female as if working out with this twister. I have more muscle tone than she does and OMG it’s tough to fully bend. This is an awesome workout tool for men. There is two adjustments for tension, two different areas to place your hands, and four main positions they show. Made very well and heavy duty foam to rest on arms, neck and hands. As well as it is made it’s a good value for a quality work out tool. My husband loves it and uses daily.
