It's a shame that this product appears to be marketed only to men, because I would highly recommend this to any woman I know. Especially so if that woman is getting to the age of saggy arms and wrinkly skin. I have been using this for less than 2 weeks, and my biceps and shoulders have popped very nicely thank you. I am an avid rower, so my arms were not in terrible shape, but I did have the flab regardless of my existing exercise routine, which did include weights for my biceps. A bonus I wasn't expecting is that the menopausal skin on my arms is getting stronger too, and the texture is improving every few days. I think we can put that down to the extra blood flow, whether it will be permanent or not remains to be seen. This piece of equipment is highly portable, simple to use, there is no set up, you can use it right out of the packaging, and with daily use you will notice a difference. For reference, I am 105lbs and 4'11, you don't have to be big or strong to use this because you can set the resistance to what is comfortable.

Just received my order today and giving the first opinion. Though the package looked average, the product itself feels sturdy and smooth finish. Used at low levels (max 10) and seems to be good enough for my level of workout. Hope it stays smooth as today. Once I master it at this level, can adjust it to higher levels. They clamp used to keep this folded could have been designed a little better such tha it won't fall of both arms are squeezed together. Not a problem for me as it is going to be left in open position. LOL. Forgot to add, it is compact enough to carry around when you travel!
