    • Good addition for grip/forearm training
Color: red
Great product and fair price. Over the last year, I have become obsessed with grip training. This is one of the products I picked up along the way and I have been pleased. I use this at least once a week to hit my forearms. It works, plain and simple

Is a highly compress treated wood, I like it but don’t use it with more than 45lbs if you want it to last for a while. It can’t be use for a variety of exercises but with light weight.

The wrap or strap that goes through the wood is like knotting up, and it's kind of bothering me mentally, but it's not a bad purchase. Kind of pricey but so is everything nowadays.

    • Not a bad product

I can see this piece of equipment being liked by a lot of people but me personally it was okay. I’d give it a 7/10. Nothing really bad to say about the item. The strap length was fine, the wooden material was comfortable but very big. I wouldn’t second guess getting this if you are interested. 3.5 out of 5 stars for me just on personal preference ... show more
