The wrap or strap that goes through the wood is like knotting up, and it's kind of bothering me mentally, but it's not a bad purchase. Kind of pricey but so is everything nowadays.

I would reccomend checking out the 3d printed arm wrestling handle available on Amazon over this one. The straps are located under the device, which makes them get tangled and even one side can flip and make it hard to use. Your hand doesnt fit in this snuggly at wrists as well as it does when the straps come out the end of handle instead of bottom/top. A simple flaw but one that makes this product ok but not the one I would recommend. Also, the wood feels good but is easy to scratch and bruise

I like using this wrist grip attachment but it has a learning curve to use it efficiently. The wood piece is comfortable, smooth, sized right, and absolutely is a game changer over a d handle. The 1.5 inch webbing is soft, pliable, and long enough. I use this mainly with a loading pin and have nothing but praise for its functionality and build quality. The soreness in my forearm is amazing even with using less weight than I normally would on a d handle. I would have liked the company logo to be on the wood handle's edge and not on the webbing.
