I was pleasantly surprised—everything was plugged in and ready to go in about 5 minutes, and cleaning the bathroom grout was easier than I expected. It definitely makes a satisfying difference, though don’t expect sparkle stars like the commercials. Some stubborn stains will stay put. One thing to note: the wand isn’t quite long enough, so if you’re tackling shower floor grout, prepare to bend over a bit. And once it cools, the lid can be tricky to remove. Still, for how simple it is to use and how well it cleans overall, it makes a tedious chore way less annoying.

⚠️ Safety Concern – Handle with Caution I received this steamer today and was excited to try it out. I carefully followed all directions, even using the included gloves (which are very thin). After filling it with a small amount of water, I plugged it in and waited for the blue lights to turn off, indicating it was ready. About five minutes into testing it on a sliding glass door, I heard a pop from the handle. Hot steam began escaping from the pistol grip and burned my hand through the provided gloves. I immediately set the handle on the floor and waited for it to cool down, as it was too hot to touch. Once it cooled, I inspected the unit but didn’t see any visible damage. When I plugged it back in to test again, steam started leaking from the handle—even while the trigger was in the locked position. Based on what I saw, it seems likely that a gasket or internal seal failed. This is a serious safety issue: • Steam leaked from the handle unexpectedly. • The provided gloves did not protect against burns. • The product became unusable after less than 10 minutes of use. I will be returning this unit for a refund and strongly recommend that potential buyers use caution when considering this product.

I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first purchase of a steamer and I am pleasantly surprised. I didn’t want to buy something super expensive but wanted a machine that had good value and great performance. The steam production and heat level are amazing! You can see for yourself in the pictures the huge difference in my floors. I used it on my stainless Steel appliances as well and I was very wrong when I thought they couldn’t get any cleaner. My appliances are so shiny, as if just taken out of the box. This little guy is definitely my favorite cleaner now, and it just raised the bar for me with my cleaning OCD.
