I took this into our shop. We use a mop in the store on the wood floors. But lately I was noticing in the high traffic areas we were seeing foot prints. I thought mop head was dirty so I washed it and used it but it still looked grimey. So I brought this from home. And it cut thru that grime! I was dancing with happiness LOL. Putting this together was easy. I've been using it at home for months, and I don't think it took me more than 5 mins. It's extremely versatile with a lot of different uses. At home, we have wood, marble, and carpet, and we use it on all 3. We also use it to clean the bathrooms. Lots of different configurations and uses! It heats up fast, so I can walk away and be back in a few minutes, and it's ready to go. Even though its light and easy to move, it's built nicely, not cheap at all. It only takes common sense to use this. Even my part-time who is in high school can use it without instructions. I just told her not to add anything to it since it cleans with just water. I highly recommend this. Steam is great for cleaning and getting rid of germs. Which is very important if you are working in a high-traffic business (we are a post office and see a lot of different people each day) and even at home. I feel good knowing we have steam cleaned the bathroom, rugs, and carpets.

Where has this steam mop been all my life?! Honestly, I'm not usually one to get this excited about cleaning, but the Turonic ST3 is a game-changer. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was a quality piece of equipment. It feels sturdy and well-built, not flimsy like some other cleaning gadgets I've tried. The 10-in-1 functionality isn't just a gimmick – it's genuinely useful! I've already used it to deep clean my tile floors (say goodbye to stubborn grout grime!), refresh my area rugs, and even tackle some stubborn spots on my upholstery with the handheld attachment. When I went to the Open House of the home I ended up buying, the hardwood floors were gleaming. The sun bounced off them so much, it occurred to me that it wasn't real wood but instead laminates. I asked the homeowner if she had treated the floors with something special, and she replied with, "Just steam." Intrigued, I ordered this steamer and tried it out, since the regular mops I've used didn't make the floor gleam. My house is "Open House" clean again! This steamer gives an extremely thorough clean, and the wood stays noticeably cleaner throughout the week. The wood truly shines (not as much as a waxed floor, I'll admit, but the sun absolutely bounces off the planks) and my feet appreciate the squeaky-clean surface. I see and feel the difference; there is no residue leftover as there sometimes is with a regular mop. It's easy to use. Just line up the velcro on the floor pad and stick it to the bottom of the mop, use the included water cup to fill the tank (not all the way, to allow for steam expansion), and turn the dial on. You can adjust it to allow for more or less steam. (I did a little steam at first and tested it in the laundry room in case of any bad reactions to the floor, before using it on medium steam throughout the rest of the house.) The instruction booklet will tell you not to use on laminate floors, but it works well on tile and stone. Also, it cautions you not to let the mop sit or linger too long, because you don't want water to soak up on your floor. So, when I set it down, I lay it on a countertop, or set it on a stone floor. Usually, it's only for a few seconds as I unplug it and take it to the next room or refill the water tank. The cord is a good length, and I usually have to change plugs a few times to clean my entire house. One last bit of instruction: mop with the grain, not against the grain. It will definitely leave streaks if you go against the grain. For me, it takes a little extra elbow grease to use this mop rather than a regular mop, but it's so worth it. It's an exceptional and lasting clean. Also, this comes with several attachments, so you can steam-clean your drapes, your carpet, your kitchen grout, and even your clothes. I haven't tried these attachments, since I already have a steam cleaner for my clothes, and I don't have grout in the kitchen. But since the rest of the appliance works so well, I'm sure the attachments will, too.
