We bought this to replace a the traditional swings on our swing set, which had gotten damaged. Our kids are now older than when we first purchased the swing set (our youngest is six) so we wanted something more versatile for the teens to six year old. Our teenage daughters sometimes hang out on the swing; our elementary schoolers will go on with a friend or two. It's great that this swing can be hung from either one carabiner (for more spinning action) or from two (for a smoother back and forth ride). The kids feel like they're flying. Neighborhood kids are attracted to it as well. The 48"size fits three younger children (4th grade boys). Usually, though, my kids go on by themselves or with one other child. An adult can fit easily. We have owned this for three months and haven't noticed any deterioration - quality seems great so far. Feels sturdy. Was easy enough to put together - required a bit of time but not skilled labor. Update April 24, 2022: still going strong. No noticeable wear and tear. We accidentally left it up during the winter, and so far, no damage. Kids still enjoying (and the occasional adult!).

I am very satisfied. The swing is very sturdy. It easily holds my small daughters. Yes, it does sag a bit, but I don't have an issue with that - at least for now. Sharp: I got a nice cut that bled quite a bit while I was pushing the kids. The cause was the frayed ends of the knots in the plastic rope. These ends act like wires and easily pierce the skin. I plan on using a lighter to burn the ends down so they don't protrude. Assembly: The outer ring is a set of 4 tubes that fit into each other. Putting the last tube in and aligning it with the holes for the bolts was somewhat challenging. It required some muscle and another set of hands. Even still, this took about 10 minutes. Affixing the swing on a tree is a whole other ordeal, and there are NO INSTRUCTIONS for this. It would have been nice if they could give you tips. I wasted time trying a few configurations that were suboptimal and potentially unsafe. I finally figured out the best method and adjusted the ropes to be at the right height. Some people asked about the maximum thickness of a tree branch that the straps could accommodate. This is a about half the tree straps (because you have to fold the straps in half and loop them). The straps are 10 feet long, so this amounts to a branch diameter of about 38 inches. The maximum height of the branch depends on the thickness of the branch. In inches, the maximum height of the bottom of the branch is 111 inches minus pi * the diameter of the branch. The strength of the swing seems fine. I think the more limiting factor is the strength of your branch!
