I don’t know how many hours I’ve spent outside with our kids pushing them on this swing. We’ve had it for several years now and we don’t regret the purchase. It rains and snows where we live and little to no rust has shown up. The ropes and straps are durable and have help up to 4 kids at a time. Highly recommend.

Just got it and put it up. It’s a pretty good size, seems sturdy. Definitely takes 2 to put together. Only complaint from the kids is that it’s uncomfortable due to the hard ropes, so they have to put blankets on it

The post says to tell them after your purchase to upgrade to the adult straps for more weight. Well we had 4 kids on the swing and the metal Dring bent and sent the kids to the ground. When you have Amazon prime, you don’t have a chance to contact the seller before it ships about this. So I would recommend tothe company to sell 2 different versions of the swing instead of saying contact us after your purchase about the adult straps. I do not recommend this swing unless your kids are toddlers. Update: The manufacturer contacted me and was very nice and understood the issue. They sent me the “adult” straps at no charge and reached out to me again after it was delivered to make sure I recieved them. The customer service was and is amazing and even tho I had a not so good experience starting off they were able to amend it. They offered me a $20 partial refund on top of sending the straps for free. I declined the $20 refund because I didn’t see a reason to accept that and the free adult straps. I do like the product and I do recommend it. Just make sure you read the entire post. I have recommended to them to give us a choice of witch straps to get with the swing during the purchasing. As it stands right now if you need the adult straps, you need to contact them after your purchase and ask for them. I hope this has helped some of you with the purchase this is a great product and I don’t condemn them for a mistake on my part.
