arrived working fine. Husband is a dedicated walker, almost daily- except nice days... . 1 yr later, May 31st- motor is blown. Weighing whether or not to buy a motor replacement or a different treadmill. Need something that lasts longer than a year.

I purchased this treadmill as a gift for myself on Christmas to help encourage me in my weight loss journey. It arrive a few day before Christmas so I didn't open it until Christmas day. I follow the instructions to put it together perfect that part was ez. I powered it on good. The advertisement says up to 300pds not true don't buy this brand if you weight over 200pds. The belt want move if you just want to walk. In order for me to walk it has to be on a speed of 4 anything lower the belt want move. Back to the story. So I leave for the day to do other stuff came back home and powered it on and (its really loud by the way) has a smell like the motor is burning then it shuts off never to turn on again error message E02. Contacted Amazon since this is a third party they can not help you. Contacted the company via Amazon explain my problem. They 1st advise me the basic turn it off so on so on. Next time I Contacted them they offer to send me a new motor and put it in my self.lol not happen. I explain to them I'm not an electrician and I don't feel safe and they gv me my money back. ... show more

Worked ok for less then a year then thru an E02 code and won't run now. The warranty is crap so don't try it.
