This treadmill did not work properly from the first time we turned it on. We would get an error message nearly every time we tried to start the belt. Then it started making noise when the belt was running. Finally, the on/off switch stopped working. At this point, we initiated a return. The seller messaged me saying that we should remove the compartment that houses the electronics and see if we can fix it. I am injured and cannot do this. I requested that they send me a return shipping label. They continued to push me to fix it myself or hire someone to come fix it for a 20% discount and send a return shipping label, but said I have to pay for shipping. The shipping would cost almost as much as I paid for the treadmill. I then filed a claim with Amazon. Amazon said that if I wanted to return it, I had to pay for this shipping because it is a third-party seller. I can't afford the shipping, so now I'm stuck with a treadmill that does not work. This is a terrible product and customer service. Do not purchase this product, or do not purchase it from a third-party seller. We purchased ours from fioleken.

Looking to replace a broken treadmill, I came upon this one, liked what I read about it, so ordered it, it arrived quickly. Set up was easy with clear directions, plugged it in & bingo we had a functioning treadmill. I like that is longer than most & pretty quiet. It is a space saver & a great workout machine.

Assembled it carefully. Plugged it in, started basic and ERROR 91 and shuts off. Not even 30 second Error 91 every time. It says check communication cable, replace console or board! I’ll check the cable and make sure it’s not whatever it is since there is no real suggest on what to check for. I suppose if it’s loose, crimped or bind in some way. Maybe loosen up the slack? I’ll update if this is fixed.

of seller...I purchased this item about a month ago. The description said that the treadmill inclines. It says that right in the description. Well, the treadmill does not incline. The back of the belt tips up about 3 uncles. You cannot incline it while you are using it at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the product, and the company has done nothing about facilitating a return or refund. They would not send me a shipping label to return a product which was misrepresented, and now they say they will not issue a refund at all. The company is based out of China, so it is impossible to communicate with them in real time. I just want to get this resolved, and they are not interested in customer satisfaction. On top of that, this is the SECOND time I am writing this review as my first review was REMOVED from the product, so people think they only have five star reviews
