I am a 64-year-old female, 5’ 4”, 153 lbs. I normally walk 2.66 mi Monday through Friday. This treadmill gives me a great workout. It has 15 Pre-set training programs and auto include which is great! This is a new experience, and I love it. I tried running on it and it worked fine, you can set your own pace. It is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It was easy to set up, but I had a few questions. I contacted Customer Service, and they responded right away. This is a good small treadmill that functions great. I like the ability to elevate the treadmill while walking, as well as the speed. I think it was a good value for the money and works well. My second treadmill, a Sunny, died after less than three years. I’m hoping this one is more durable. I’m 70 years old so we use it to get our steps in , on very hot, or cold days and inclement weather. I no longer run but I think it would be a short bed for that. My only complaint is that the handle to hold on to are short. I’m almost 6 feet and I have difficulty reaching them, if I need to , my wife is shorter and doesn’t complain about it. If you are tall and need to hold the handles you may have difficulty. ... show more

Easy to assemble, very solid, works extremely well so far. The auto incline and preprogrammed work outs are awesome. I did struggle to move it into my apartment and to it’s designated space. Really appreciate the incline. i dont think you'll find these good specs in another $300 treadmill. simple to set up, comfortably wide, long enough, and more robust than my older $400 treadmill. smart design choices make this look like the company iterated many treadmills before.

I seen a bunch of reviews saying how great this treadmill was so I bought it. I loved it used it every day. The auto incline tripped out leaving the treadmill stuck on incline 12 and constantly trying to run the motor to get it back to zero. Since the motor is stuck and won't run, the motor itself got extremely hot and started to smoke. An absolute waste of hundreds of dollars for 12 days of use and a fire hazard. WHAT A JOKE.     • Overall Good - Incline Doesn't Go High Enough
Overall, the treadmill works great, is small and looks good. However, the treadmill claims to go up to a level 12 but the highest incline is only about 7 inches off the ground vs my standard treadmill's level 12 is a foot off the ground. Since I do majority of my treadmill workouts on an incline, I will be returning for a different one. If you are okay with a low max incline level, then this treadmill will work just fine for you. ... show more
