I am a 64-year-old female, 5’ 4”, 153 lbs. I normally walk 2.66 mi Monday through Friday. This treadmill gives me a great workout. It has 15 Pre-set training programs and auto include which is great! This is a new experience, and I love it. I tried running on it and it worked fine, you can set your own pace. It is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It was easy to set up, but I had a few questions. I contacted Customer Service, and they responded right away. Perfect treadmill that doesn’t take up too much space. Has calorie counting and heart rate tracker. Also has programs that you can choose for workout. All of this for a great plus and also having incline by the touch of a button.

    • Screen hard to see for tall people, (maybe short people too), handles a little too low for me
This is pretty new but I have some first impressions. One, I am almost 6 feet and I find it hard to see the display unless I stoop down a little, plus I have to stoop a little to comfortably reach the handles. The display is an older model lcd with a narrow viewing angle, and both the handles and the display and handles look very difficult to move from where they are. Tilting the display a little and/or moving the handles up a few inches would do wonders. It looks like short people would have similar problems. I'd guess that people about 5'6" would see the display clearly and reach the handles without stooping. Good value for the price. It works well, is not too noisy. The running area could be larger, but I can adjust. I also find my shoes reaching the back lip sometimes, especially when I lean over to grasp the handles. ... show more

Easy to assemble, very solid, works extremely well so far. The auto incline and preprogrammed work outs are awesome. I did struggle to move it into my apartment and to it’s designated space. I seen a bunch of reviews saying how great this treadmill was so I bought it. I loved it used it every day. The auto incline tripped out leaving the treadmill stuck on incline 12 and constantly trying to run the motor to get it back to zero. Since the motor is stuck and won't run, the motor itself got extremely hot and started to smoke. An absolute waste of hundreds of dollars for 12 days of use and a fire hazard. WHAT A JOKE. I looked and researched so many treadmills on multiple sites and ended up with this one. Factors I was looking into was: auto inclined, speed, dashboard, and price. I was on a budget and considering I really wanted an auto incline this machine was the best for my budget. It even folds up if you need the space. It was easy to assemble and was more compact than I expected but ended up working for my space great! Overall, the treadmill works great, is small and looks good. However, the treadmill claims to go up to a level 12 but the highest incline is only about 7 inches off the ground vs my standard treadmill's level 12 is a foot off the ground. Since I do majority of my treadmill workouts on an incline, I will be returning for a different one. If you are okay with a low max incline level, then this treadmill will work just fine for you. ... show more
