Easy setup in about 15 minutes. Very sturdy treadmill. Worked great. The Bluetooth speakers worked good. The app they tell you to use does not work well with it. Could not sync it. The app could not find my brand name and model number so I use my iwatch instead. Don’t need the app for what I do. I didn’t know how I’d like this treadmill, since I paid $750 for my last treadmill many years ago- it was great quality; but I DO like it very much!!! I KNOW that once I can work out on it daily for an hour and 15 minutes, I will reach my goal weight (that plus diets like Nutisystem- just calorie counting is important). Bec. we all know weight loss is a “numbers game”- calories in vs calories out. Plus, it holds people up to 300 lbs. And I know I can lose 40lbs in 3 months on it (because I’ve done it before)! So CHEERS to treadmills! They work GREAT! I was a teacher. I left work in May for summer. Came back in August. My boss said I look like I DEFLATED over the summer! It’s thanks to diet and exercise on a TREADMILL! Hint: it isn’t easy to set up initially, for dummies like me (and for the average person). You need someone who is handy at assembling to set it up for you. Get someone you know if you choose not to do it yourself rather than a stranger. Family is sometimes FREE (or they SHOULD BE/ mine aren’t); but friends and some family will cost less (like $50) for assembly than the pros who cost at least $100. Arrived in a box. Very easy to set up. Only 4 parts to attach. It runs smoothly and the incline works great. I attached my laptop holder which fits perfectly. The 2 cup holders are great too.

Loving it so far! Was definitely heavy in the box and required me and my husband to haul down to basement but once put together it can easily be folded up, slid and put away. Sturdy, super quiet and goes up to 10 mph but is perfectly compact and not at all bulky. It fits my water bottle and has a spot for your phone or tablet as well. I have never cared for at home treadmills due to how flimsy and clanky they can be. I do not like feeling like the thing is going to fall apart with every step I strike against it, or if I run fast, especially on an incline. We did the reviews and I reluctantly decided to give this a try almost a year ago now, (due to us moving out in the country and not having street lights to run outside in the early hours of the morning and no convenient access to a gym). I love this treadmill so much that I had to come back and give it 5 stars (which is saying a lot for someone who isn't a treadmill person). I workout 7 days a week and use this almost every single day of the week either for running (30 to 60 min) or as my warmup for my weight training. I highly recommend this treadmill of you're looking for a well made solid machine that you feel you can run as hard and fast as you would like and not feel like the machine is going to fall apart.
