Well made, so far - great for low impact work outs - easy to work up a sweat in a few minutes - Wife is 120 lbs. - I'm 200 lbs. and this unit gives good support for both of us. I'm almost 80yrs/ 5' 10" and my wife is 76 / 5'5"- this type of work out is perfect for lower body & cardio. Cross bar lets you work harder safely. Doesn't take up much room and is portable when its too hot outside. Lots of ways to jump around to enjoy your routine. Add a tablet or device holder to the cross bar & you are all set - add a cup holder for a cool-down beer!! - I think young kids will love it in front of a TV.

Second order…still defective

Update: The seller took care of my problem beyond my expectations. I feel comfortable saying you can feel secure working with this seller and giving their product a try. I’m very happy with my purchase. I got this rebounder a few weeks ago. I liked it but the fabric on the jumping surface was torn and I knew I was going to go right through it. The box was beat to Hell as well and I’m pretty sure it had been used before. I exchanged it for one that wouldn’t possibly kill me. The latest one has a bent leg and the spring cover is missing. I’m really tired of putting this stuff together and then taking it apart and packing it up again and returning it. So frustrating!!!!! Poor quality control. I have not heard back from the seller. I’ll update when I do.

Good trampoline once it was here and together…

It took close to a month to get here and I have no clue why. There was no warning about delay shipping dates. Once it got here it came out of the box theoretically ready in a few steps with minimal effort. My only complaint is one leg was machined poorly and the threads did not fit on the leg mount. I had to re-machine it carefully and even then it took the use of tools and a lot of torque to get it mostly on. Ended up with a few ripped hands and blisters. If not for that- it would have only been a 15 min process from box to jumping. But It’s sturdy and has good recoil. My 4 year old loves it. And I give it a good test as well. Works great but 4 stars because of the leg issue (I doubt most folks have the ability to redo the threads it) and it took FOREVER to ship.

UPDATE: I originally reached out to Amazon customer service and was offered no real solution. The seller reached out after seeing my review and immediately asked how they could help. I should have reached out to them first, they were so easy to work with and I would happily purchase from them again now knowing how much they stand behind their products and value their customers. Purchased end of January and within the return window at least 3 springs had broken. The only option available was for me to package and ship back the broken trampoline. I had not expected it to break so I no longer had the box, not to mention it is near impossible to fold. It was great the 3 weeks it worked but would never recommend due to how fast it broke.

Fell apart in RECORD time

My kids LOVE to jump on trampolines. We just moved to a fancy schmancy golf course community where we cant have a big trampoline outside. That and we live in South FL where it is always hot and humid outside. So, we have gone through the gambit with "personal" indoor trampolines. We have been averaging needing a new trampoline about every 2 months. We have tried ones that use the bungee cords. They don't last. We tried buying a very expensive one made by an American company, and that one did not last. I really do not know why we cant find a trampoline that could last at least 6 months, but apparently, this is not possible. The trampoline that lasted the longest had metal springs and that's why we bought this one. This trampoline did not last even 2 weeks. The metal is so flimsy and cheap that the hooks/loops for the mat broke. My kids are both tall for their age but my daughter (who jumps the most) is 5'10" and weighs about 150 (we are big ppl. Im female and am 5'10" and her father, my hubby is 6'7" and over 300 lbs but has never set foot on this or any other trampoline due to his size). This trampoline advertises itself as a "heavy duty" one with a weight rating of a max load of 450lbs. 3x!!! what my daughter weighs. Now, I have to pack it up, drive down to Whole Foods, buy another and set it up. Annoying. But I should look on the bright side. I saw that it was broken and was able to return it right away and most importantly my kids DID NOT GET HURT. G*d forbid I missed seeing the broken loops and it failed. It could be so much worse. Maybe pass on this one, especially if you have kids.

Easy to install-patience is required!!!

The initial shipment was delayed and when it finally arrived the corner of the package was severely damaged and open. Upon further examination of the package contents there were 4 of the 6 short legs missing. I contacted Kensone thru Amazon and filed a claim. Kensone responded very quickly and resolved the issue by replacing the unit. I was surprised that they did not send me just the missing legs. Now I have 2 tramps but only one that I can use. I looked at the Kensone website and ordered replacement legs for the the other tramp but have not received that order and it has been over a week. The tramp is easy to unfold. Installing the spring guard is a little more difficult and if you have two extra hands is very helpful. The additional handlebar (option) is difficult to determine how it is installed. The directions are not very easy to understand. After the handlebar is installed it will need to be removed if you plan to fold the tramp for storage reasons. The handlebar is not that securely attached to the frame based on the directions for installation. It is very wobbly and does not clamp tightly to the frame. The rebound of the tramp appears to be good. Get the 48" unit if you are an adult. Overall the guild quality is good for the price. There is room for improvement related to instructions and the handlebar option attachment.

Great for One Year

I was pretty happy with this trampoline. I didn't want to spend a lot because I think this product takes a lot of wear and tear if used regularly and you never know what you're getting. I figured if I got 2 years out of it, that's not bad. I spent $100 on it and used it 5x per week on average for about 20 mins at a time and I weigh about 135 lbs. At some point, the squeaking springs started getting noisier, which may have been a sign. After almost one year, one of the springs broke. I hoped it was just a flukey spring and continued to use it. Soon another broke and now a third one has, so I'm getting another one but going to try a bungee style. For the approximate 12 months I could use it, it served the purpose.
