It's been a while since I've been extra-impressed with an item I've purchased, but this time I am. I did purchase a different brand here on Amazon, for a little less money ( around $50), and 2000 amps..and it lived up to my expectations (not my "hope") since the sellers claims on these are quite grand! And I've had several lead-acid/alkaline car start units over the years which never lasted, and did not impress. So my first one by a different brand here was a DUD, it started the car with a low battery one time, it stalled, and that was it. Fully charged too. So I returned it, and thought maybe they were all a lot of hype. I waited and looked again at others, and the great comments, and decided on this Travlog 2500 amp unit, more money but I had a gift card to apply! It was a bit heftier than my first one, and a nice sturdy zipper case. I charged it up to a full charge (has 5 LEDs to show charge level) and went to same car (large V-8 engine) with a failing battery, it only grunted on the first crank. I hooked this jump unit up, and hit the key, and I was SHOCKED at how much energy the starter turned over with, it seriously was almost better than like a new, fully charged battery would do!! It just zipped over and was running in a second. So I have used it to start that and another car with an old dead battery, that hadn't been running in months, and it fired that up like a new battery as well. I've now used it maybe 8 times, still on the FIRST and only charge up, and the LED still indictates full capacity! I don't know how to improve on this for the money. My only wish is that the LED pushbutton flashlight on it was brighter, for the energy in this unit I was surprised that the light was only about as bright as a small battery light.. 🤔.. maybe I got one that isn't working 100%, but I didn't get it for that, it's okay for emergency short range backup if under the hood, but I have other options for that. Plus it has 2 USB outlets and included a short USB-c charge cord, and good clear user directions 👍. I can easily recommend this to anyone needing a good value in a portable jump starter. My overall 4 stars is only because of the less than great light, and the LED charge level lights could also be brighter. But my first one had a great flashlight, plus a fancy voltage readout display, but it was a DUD. So this is far better, especially for the price.

This is the best invention since the wheel!! This little gadget had SAVED ME on multiple occasions already when I had an electrical issue on my motorcycle. My battery would not charge, but this little item started my bike every single time... and on the 1st try every time. I'll say it again... best thing ever invented!!

When I received the jump box, I charged it up and a month or 2 later, I tried to use it and it didn’t have the power to do anything. I charged it more and tried to use it a few times with no luck. By this time, my window to return it had passed so I was stuck or thought so. I was later asked to comment on the non functioning jump box and did so honestly. Much to my surprise. I was later contacted via email by the distributor (Yidajing) and low and behold, they made it right. And no, they didn’t have to. I have changed my tune and I will buy from them again. Thanks for your fairness and great customer support Yidajing.

This is the best functioning jump box out there!, no little buttons push or any of that nonsense. Just hook it up and crank up whatever you're jumping off. This is the one that you buy your wife and daughters!

So I picked a couple of these up last min as gifts before Christmas. That’s the only reason I purchased is because they were one of the only things shipped by Christmas time. They say 20,000 mah but they actually measure out to be around 6,600 mah. I knew rite off the bat it was anywhere close to the rated 20k mah because it seemed WAYYY too light weight. This thing is lighter than a big cell phone so there is no way it’s holding enough battery cells to be rated so high. It literally is lighter than my tiny jumper (600peak amp) for my Honda Civic.. now as far as this thing being 2000 amps , that bologna as well. But, almost every jumper out there on Amazon of coming from China etc is super over rated. So I did a test where I removed the battery out of my work truck which is an 2009 Chevy 3500 had with a gas 6.0 vortex engine, just to see if the jump pack alone would start my truck. I tried my Schumacher 300 rated /600 peak amp stater and my beatit 400/800 amp jumper and both would fail to start my truck. I even hooked them up together at the same time and they wouldn’t work. I then hooked this thing up and to my utter amazement it started my truck! I tried it again and again it started and then it did it 15 more times! I thought this thing was a complete was of money but even tho it’s super overrated , it will start a gas v8 truck even if the battery is complete dead or even removed all together! I do t know how they manage to do this when there is so little in the way of actual battery cells inside the jumper but somehow they do get it done. Although to be fair I had to hold my head light switch to the off position while starter because my truck turns all lights on as soon as you start to engage the key and it wouldn’t start with every light in the truck on. So in the end im actually going to keep this thing in one of my work trucks after all. I also received a $125 Schumacher 400/800 jumper for Christmas and tested it against this unit and this unit out performed the Schumacher by about 15-20%. The Schumacher did start the truck but it really struggled and the cables were a pain having to reset 4-5x before I could actually get them to work.. although the Schumacher did measure out to have 800mah than this unit. 7400mah to 6600mah. The other thing that I wasn’t super fond of is how slow this unit recharges. It takes like 6+ hours and the charge port is max rated at 2amp even tho the output charged ports are rated for 2.4-3amps. But for the $45 I paid, I’m cool with it…
