    • Top mount doesn't always align with your existing one.
I am a maintenance supervisor at a condominium in Florida. This was almost a perfect fit. The only reason for the four star review is that only one screw slot lined up with my original door. Not a big thing, installed one screw and drilled a hole for the second.
