    • *Updated* I wanted this to work
Color: Silver
Update: Kind of long so bare with me. I purchased this lock 2 times and both times I sent it back because I couldn't get it work. The customer services was better than Chick-fil-A. After my second purchase and return the company reached out to me to address the issue I was having, I sent a video via email of the issue I was having and in less than 24 hours they responded back and pointed out what I was doing wrong. I installed the lock this morning 9/20/22 and everything worked perfectly. Let's just say it was user error and not the lock. I truly appreciate their time and patience and willingness to satisfy their customer. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I wanted this lock to work so bad. I ordered it and went to install it on my bedroom door, but the exterior handle wasn't turning the latch. I tried everything, I YouTube, troubleshooted, and couldn't find anything. I assumed the product was defected so I ordered an replacement and the same thing happen again. It was pretty easy to install with the instructions and video. ... show more

    • Quality product
Color: Black
This is a good product, I have bought it several times for my offices, It had failed twice at about 12 months but it gets a lot of use, it is opened between 80 to 100 times per day or about 20,000 to 26,000 a year, I think that's a pretty good number, I can imagine for residential use it will last a lot of years. Very easy to setup with the TT lock app and if you are replacing one that uses TT lock you can just upload the regitries from a previous lock (except for the fingerprints). ... show more

    • Quite Impressed
Color: Black
Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren't real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names. Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn't make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight. I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door. So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys. It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome! Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you have Troy 1: Tip of thumb Troy 2: Middle of thumb Troy 3: Base of thumb This way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register. Enjoy! And i'm looking forward to my next Kucacci purchase, probably the Gateway. ... show more

    • Awesome smart door handle/lock set
Color: Black

Love the design, easy installation and phone app. The handle design makes it much easier to open the door if your hands are full and the finger print sensor is pure awesome convenience. However, finger print sensor can be unpredictable at times for some reason (too sensitive to thumb pressure, heat, cold?) I pretty much resolved the issue by recording ten different prints of the “same thumb” with different pressures/angles, etc. Now only one “fail” every 15 uses or so. Also, the app does not disable the “Tamper Alert” even though you turn it “Off” in the app and it reports “successful”. Otherwise- I totally love the design and functionality of this smart door lock set. Would recommend & buy again. ... show more

    • Great Lock
Color: Silver
This lock was easy to install with the only issue encountered was the fact the old strike plate and the lock plate on the door did not exactly fit the previous lock's template in the wood. As such, we had to carve it the wood a little more on the door and the door frame. Other than that, it was an easy installation of the lucky and the app. I really liked the fact that there are multiple methods for opening the door including the keypad, manual key, app access, key card, and the fingerprint. I think the fingerprint scanner is one of the best in terms of location since you can place your hand on the door handle with your thumb at the fingerprint reader, and just turn the handle to let yourself in. The only downside for some people is the fact that there is no physical lock to turn on the inside. The door auto locks after a set amount of time (set on the app) so you don't have to physically lock it. This may be annoying for some people or beneficial for some. Just make sure your phone is very close to the lock to make changes on the app to the lock. The lock needs 4 AA batteries and you can see the battery health on the app. ... show more

    • Hazard if it can’t be unlocked (could be stuck with no exit)
Color: Silver
Bought this 9 months ago and it abruptly stopped working. Keeps saying unlocked but will not unlock from the outside or inside. Thank goodness nobody was in the pool bathroom because there was no way to get the door open. Had to destroy the lock to unlock the door. Reached out to the company prior to destroying it and they never responded. Avoid this door lock. ... show more

    • Great Locks
Color: Black
I have 3 Kucacci door locks and now installed this one. I like their products as everything is included to make it and easy install. Mine connect to the TTlock application which is perfect for me. I can remotely lock and unlock each lock. Customer support is great. I had one lock go bad and it was covered by the Kucacci one-year warranty. This very unusual on Amazon that a company offers a one-year warranty and actually communicates with its customers. I know that technology keeps changing, and in a couple years there will be all sorts of new devices. That is why these under $100 locks are such a great deal in the market today. ... show more

    • The most convenient smart lock
Color: Black
Review Image by Ugur
I've been using this smart lock for about 6 months and I am very happy with it. First, it is made robust. It is sturdy. No loose or shaky in any place. The handle still moves smoothly. Second, it has all the key features. 99.9999% of the time, I am using my finger print. This is the best way to unlock and open the door as your left thumb sits right on the fingerprint reader when you hold the handle with left hand (or wise versa if your door opens the other way around). However, a couple of times, I did some rough work with my hands and my finger prints were not easy to ready. In those cases, I have used the mobile app. This third alternative is the small RF cards which can be attached to a key chain. And of course the last resort is the physical key which you can leave a your car as a back up plan in-case batterie die out. Having said that, the lock gives you warnings when the batteries are low. And the last point, this smart lock is very stylish. ... show more
