    • Nothing is better than Duossal
You get most of the lightweight gains and heat spreading properties of using aluminum, and the durability and flavor neutrality of stainless. I've tried titanium, regular stainless, and this is the best compromise of features and weight - period. NEVER using "non-stick" chemical coatings, this is the setup you're looking for and it's made in sweden, not chinese crap. Buy as much Duossal as you can, when it's gone it's out of the market for almost decades at a time. ... show more
