The belt is well built and the chain is heavy duty. The carabiner clips are great for easy attaching and detaching. I have worked my way up to doing pull-ups and dips with 35lbs quite quickly. The media could not be loaded. Been having this belt for 8 months and I absolutely love it! It's more comfortable than any dip belt Ive ever used, and it can hold weight. I have 160lbs hanging on it in one video.

I've used this for a while and it's hung up fine. Very durable/comfortable. I only marked it 4 stars because I doubt it can handle the 650 pounds it's rated for - but I've never needed to even use 1/4 of that for weighted dips/pullups, so it works for what I use it for. I think I've thrown like 100-ish pounds on this, max. I usually use less. Zero issues with that weight. I'd probably trust it up to 200. I mean, thin metal wrapped in nylon couldn't possibly actually handle 650, right? Just doesn't make sense to me.

The media could not be loaded. This belt is a great combination of value and quality. It fits my 34” waist comfortably with room to spare. You can also tighten the chain to go quite a bit smaller. A lot of belts are made with cheap material and stitching. The padding and strength of the material is really good for the cost. I use it for belt squats on my pulley tower and I can lift as much as I need. It stays where intended and gives good support to disperse the weight evenly. Good purchase when looking for a value dip/squat belt.

Good quality belt and chain! Already had it strapped to close to 300 pounds of weight doing belt squats and some weighted pull-ups. So far so good. Recommend you give this brand a try.

Been using this for doing belt squats with a 7’ Olympic bar. My lower back is trashed, herniated discs for years, but I’ve always lifted and just avoided squats. Tried using a hex bar for dead lifts to still work legs, but that didn’t work either. Finally gave this a try and wow it’s a game changer. I use a weight lock at the and of the bar and loop the chain right behind it to hold it from slipping off while doing reps. I stick with moderate weight, 3 45lb plates, which the younger me would skoff at lol, but it’s getting the job done. You can get a great leg workout with this without aggravating back issues!
