I appreciate how easy it is to smoke with this device. Built in thermometer that you can connect to via the wifi on their easy to use app. What's not to love? Only significant criticism is filling the hopper to the line lasts only 7 hrs worth of smoking. Almost a good overnight smoker but falls just short. Also, moving it to another wifi can be problematic. I needed to uninstall the app, remove the smoker from the app after reinstalling and then flush the wifi data on the smoker to get it to connect. Luckily I'm good at diagnosing issues. It would have been nice to have two data slots for wifi but a small thing. ... show more

My husband was so happy to receive this for Father’s Day. He and our son put it together and put it out on the back porch. It was easy to put together. It was a 2 person job with moving it. Easy to use also. The only not so happy moment was when we found out the motor was rotating the wrong way for the wood pellets. He called the company and they sent a replacement motor right away. It was easy for him to install and he was using it the very next weekend! ... show more

Really could use two people to assemble like the instructions say. An extra pair of hands like the instructions call for would make assembly easier just because the unit is well built and therefore heavy. My Treager is easy to use and will be fun to explore the options of smoking and grilling.
