We got this roll to keep our dogs from seeing out, rather than others from seeing in. It would have been nice if the mesh came in a roll, but instead it was folded weird and shrink wrapped. It was still easy enough to unfold and then unroll down the fence line. We used basic zip ties to hold the mesh to the chain-link fence. It worked pretty well and has held to our 60+mph winds. It's not as blackout as I wish it could have been, leaving some ability to still see through it. But overall, it has cut down on our dogs barking at everything they can see tremendously. I would recommend using two people to install it, especially on a windy day.

This is a nice addition for a chain link fence to offer privacy for your yard. I added it to my back yard fence because the dogs were barking non-stop at the neighborhood cats. It has significantly reduced the barking which makes for a happier mama. It was not too hard to install and has so far held up to normal use. I recommend!

We live on a farm and have taken in a Border Collie mix that wandered onto the property. He is obsessed with our cottontail rabbits and birds and will spend hours in his dog run just hoping a bunny will pop by him. We got this to put up in his dog run to keep him from wanting to just stare at the wood pile where bunnies come and go. He still knows they are there, he just cannot obsess over staring in the area he knows they frequent. If it can keep our obsessive dog from being able to stare at a potential bunny, it should provide privacy from others being able to look into a conventional yard.
