The design is decent, however, its made by Traeger who makes pellet smokers which are generally lower heat. I tried to sear some salmon steaks and it twisted like a pretzel. If your gonna use this on low heat for vegetables, it will probably be fine.

It can accommodate a fair amount of food and I would highly recommended it. Having used it only twice, I can't speak to the longevity of the product. Cleaning require some elbow grease, but I would still purchase based on my experience to date..
