There are 612 sq. inches of cooking space (88 more square inches than the 28"). The griddle can cook up to 25 burgers, 22 steaks, and 102 hot dogs and feed up to 20 people. Griddle Top: 612 square inches. 45,000 BTU-per-hour input. Includes a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.
