Really well made. The cast iron was super easy to season, and the burners heat up quickly. The unit is really heavy so it’s harder to travel with and needs some kind of heat mat under it to prevent burning the table or counter it’s on. Perfect size and easy to use/clean.

This works even better than expected. Much better than a grill and easier to clean. We have done burgers (of course), omelets, perogies and kielbasa, fish, and several other dishes. It’s great to get the heat and fumes out of the house.

This griddle is awesome! It arrived within 2 days of ordering and not a scratch on it. All parts were included and it went together easily with no problems. I used the Blackstone griddle seasoning putting 5 coats on it. Perfect. Had to finish the seasoning with some bacon and onions...then might as well make some burritos, right? I also recommend getting the 12 Ft. hose with the 45 degree adapter to a 5 gal. propane tank. It's got some weight to it but it's really not bad. Very manageable. Excellent purchase! I had been wanting a Blackstone for a long time, but they were so big! I never saw this small, portable one in stores. I can cook just about anything on here and clean up takes no time at all. It heats up quickly and evenly which is very important and you can still create hot and cool zones even though it’s small. Ordered the 22" with attached hood and stand without wheels. First impressions.... Well packaged, easy to set up. Seems top heavy when sitting on stand, but I'm guessing it will be fine sitting on my deck. seasoning was easy and a good time/reason to mix a drink. My first use was a good experience... Heats up fairly quick and grilled onions on one side, potatoes on the other. While it was warming up, I checked the temp with a infrared temp gun and noticed the temps would vary from 275 around the edges to 575 right over the burners. I am running propane out of a 20lb tank and the temps never really seemed to adjust up or down when control knobs were turned up or down respectively. Moving the temp gun an inch or so to the left or right from over the burner gets a temperature change of 50-75 degrees. To be fair, I was checking only after the griddle had heated for 5-7 minutes. My guess is the temp may have evened out some if it had heated for a longer time. I think the design could benefit from a redesign of the burners to even out the temps across the griddle, but it still gets the job done. My other complaint which is minor, has to do with the placement of the propane hookup on the side of the griddle. It sticks out right in front of the "prep" tray and seems in the way... again, simple redesign placement could solve a minor, but irritating issue. For the price, it's a good deal. I like the 22" model with the smaller footprint yet plenty of room to do what most people will be using it for. ... show more

This is the perfect blackstone for camping. The lid is crucial. We made the mistake of purchasing the version without the lid first and the experience wasn’t great.
