    • Great griddle, arrived with some damage. Seller very responsive and honest!
Update: Seller responded and stood behind their products 100%. They sent a partial refund sufficient for us to replace the damaged piece. Very quick response and excellent customer service! Shipping was delayed due to weather and the box arrived battered and torn. Grill was pretty easy assembly and most of the pieces looked great! There was minor damage on one of the side attachments, but it was not visible and did not impact functionality once assembled, so I am not worried about it. The only major problem was that the grill hood is bowed out on one side and bent on the back corner, which skews the shape of it enough for it to catch/click upon opening and closing. Other than that, everything looks good, delivery was fast, and I am looking forward to getting the grill seasoned and starting to cook! I am in conversations with the seller and they seem eager to resolve the problem with the hood. If they are able to send a replacement hood or provide funds for me to purchase one, I will update this review. It would definitely be 5 stars without the damage. ... show more

This thing has been amazing! I haven't made a bad meal one it yet and it's easy to learn to cook on, much easier than most cookware. I would recommend one to everyone who enjoys cooking outside.

The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with this Blackstone set up was easy. I did it by myself so I guess you can say it’s a one man job qualities is awesome. No issues.

Fantastic Grill but arrived damaged. The box arrived severally damaged. When we opened it appeared to be ok until we got to the main part. It had a ding in the back as well as the hood. To avoid repacking and returning we decided to keep it. Highly recommend purchasing this at a store to avoid shipping. Blackstone should ship these heavy grills into multiple boxes. The packing is not adequate for such a heavy item! ... show more
