Customer service is bad
No this product did not meet my expectations. The hot and room temperature works good but it never gave me cold water. I’m very disappointed with this product

Easy to use

Absolutely love this dispenser. We needed something for when we sit outside in the back yard. I like how the buttons are easy to use. I also like the safety button for the hot water. It keeps the kids out of the hot water.

So far so good
I have this upstairs in the loft because we have a 2 story home. I love that the water bottle is hidden because we have one downstairs also that is one where you put in top and it’s not pretty to look at. So far, it’s been a nice addition and keeps the water cold. We don’t use the hot water option so I can’t comment on that.
