Love this water dispenser! Super easy to set up and it looks really nice in our space. The hot and cold water work great, and the flow is smooth with no mess. It feels sturdy and well made. I also like that it’s simple enough for my child to fill a cup on her own. I drink tea often, and this makes it easy to have hot water anytime. The hot water has a child lock, which is a great safety feature. We use it every day, and it has made staying hydrated so much more convenient. Definitely a great buy and would recommend!

Is fine until it stops working and starts leaking and absurd amount not even a month in, and then they make YOU pay for shipping when returning, so in order to get a refund YOU lose money and time neither of which you’ll get back.

Well if you’re looking for quality, this isn’t it. It was cheap. The cold water comes out mildly cold. The hot water is hot enough for about one mug but after that you need to wait or put your water in the microwave to get it hot. I wouldn’t buy it again. Spend more money for a much better quality machine.

This thing is easier to set up than my wife's hair dryer. Grab yourself a 5-gallon jug of water, and locate a refill station near you. Hot water feature is actually HOT! No more waiting . It dispenses both hot and cold water quickly and reliably. My friends loved it too once they saw how versatile it is. Great quality, fast shipping, and a solid value all around. Highly recommended!!

I ordered one water cooler, and I was sent two. The name of the water cooler dispenser is Gleedelish. So I opened one of the water coolers and when I put my water jug in the water dispenser all of the water ran out of the bottom of the water dispenser. So, I am returning both water dispensers.
