    • Good value and easy to use
I've been using this water dispenser for a month now. It was easy to set up, light, looks nice and works perfectly. The water temperature is just right. Overall, is a great value for the price.

    • My own water cooler
Works well. Easy to load. Small footprint. Need to utilize reusable bottle caps as the unit doesn't allow pour from open bottles like the "old school" top loading water dispensers did years ago.

This is something clean, easy to use and mess free solution. instead of using bottles, I I opted for this machine which is really not expensive. It has hot and cold water options. child safety lock that’s what I like. There is no foul smell and no leaks. It’s been more than week I am using it and I really liked it. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your time
Is fine until it stops working and starts leaking and absurd amount not even a month in, and then they make YOU pay for shipping when returning, so in order to get a refund YOU lose money and time neither of which you’ll get back.

    • Worth it
I was paying to rent a bottom loader one and the company wanted me to pay $35 for a part on it. Nah I got this one and it works great and not as loud as the other one.

    • You get what you pay for 👎🏼
Well if you’re looking for quality, this isn’t it. It was cheap. The cold water comes out mildly cold. The hot water is hot enough for about one mug but after that you need to wait or put your water in the microwave to get it hot. I wouldn’t buy it again. Spend more money for a much better quality machine. ... show more
