Cortisone shots helped for a few months, but I am back to pain even picking up a coffee mug, plus a lot of sleepless nights. Enter this sleeve; what a product! I use the heat part only (allegedly better for tennis elbow than ice) and while I wish it held the heat a bit longer, it has still made a big difference in my elbow pain. Amazon delivered this product very quickly. its very comfortable for legs or arms, as well as the temperature of the pack, it feels nice to the skin, not too cold like other packs. i venture to say you will only get about 10 mins of cold therapy out of this at a time, which i think is a little short. 15-20 minutes would be better. the pros are that you can put this on your arm or leg and move around and do stuff, youre not limited to sitting or lying down.

This product is well made, easy to put on and off, easy to move when wearing and gives immediate relief. I bought knee and ankle sized, and the sizing chart was accurate for me. The wrap is icy cold for 5-10 minutes, then begins to warm up, but I found it remains cool for about 45 minutes. I broke an ankle last fall and I wish I'd had several of these to help with swelling back then. If you are recovering from surgery or have a great deal of swelling which requires constant icing, I'd buy several of these so you can swap them out. So much easier than ice packs or some of the other Velcro wraps. Only con might be difficult to use with a cast, but absolutely awesome once cast is removed.

It says to put in freezer but it was really uncomfortably cold. I found in the refrigerator was cold enough for me. I went with the recommended size suggestion (med) for me. And it fits well and stays put on my elbow. Helped my tennis elbow!

Bought this product a few weeks ago. I am mostly happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that the corner stitching started coming undone within a few days of use (used it once a day for first two weeks). Also, I bought this in Small but because I’m petite, the sleeve tends to roll down so I have to re-adjust it to keep it in the area I want to treat in my arm. I wish it came in X-Small so it would stay put. Overall it is a good product and I would buy again.
